NOTICE OF MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE
We would like to make all of our customers aware we shall now be implementing a fee for appointments that are missed without prior notice.
A charge of £15 per dog shall be charged for anyone who fails to attend their appointment and has previously missed two or more appointments with us.
... Simply failing to turn up for an appointment inevitably causes extreme inconvenience and expense for the salon, so have been left with little option but to implement the missed appointment fee going forward.

Well that’s it, another year is coming to an end yet again! We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal customers and of course our amazing hard working staff, without you all Sniffers wouldn't be possible.
