The Porsche 911 oozes history, with well over 1, 000, 000 produced to date. It can trace its roots right back to 1959, when Ferdinand Porsche first put pen to paper and sketched, what eventually became, the 911. A larger and comfier replacement to the 356 model. The hugely popular air-cooled Porsche 911s were produced from 1963 up until 1998.

This Triumph Spitfire is being restored by Mobile Welding Services in Bewdley. They're completely stripping the car down before returning the car to it's former glory.
They asked us to strip the shell and panels of all paint, rust, filler and underseal - and then apply an epoxy paint primer.

We're a little behind sharing this Honda Acty, as loads of work has already gone into it since leaving our premises and heading to DC Customs - including bodywork repairs and lowering of arches and panels!
The owner - Phil - asked us to completely blast clean the shell pickup and cab. We removed the doors to work on them, but had to leave in place his hydraulic system and the windscreen - see our very technologically advanced protection for these on the photos. It works though 👍

One of our recent works - this 1968 Austin Healey Sprite. Off the road since 1991, it is now well on its way to a complete nut and bolt restoration to make it a concourse, tartan red with wire wheeled beauty 😍
Owner, Richard, bought the shell and panels to us to be completely stripped.
After collecting the car, he told us:

Stopped off at The Zetland Museum on our travels, to see the finished boat in the flesh.
It isn’t often we see finished projects after they leave us, and this was certainly a fantastic restoration to see first hand!
We are very proud to have had the chance to work on the first ever lifeboat - and think it’s restoration looks amazing 👏👏

The World's first lifeboat deserved only the best when being restored. James spent a week in Hartlepool working on The Zetland - cleaning the 18th Century oak!

Following paint stripping work we completed around Christmas time, we're very excited to see that The Zetland Lifeboat Restoration is complete - and right on time!
If you're in the Redcar area, the museum is now open daily from 9-4 so be sure to pop in and see this one of a kind boat 🤩

Just picked up the doors, bonnet and boot off them! Complete chuffed and please with their job!!! Would used them again in the future if I got another old nail car! Couldn’t believe condition of my bonnet!!!! Was expected be Swiss cheese but when I picked up turn out solid and good nick!
