Visited for the first time today for their special evening event for newbies. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Didn’t feel any pressure to purchase (but how could I not with such lovely kit). Will definitely be back, and would highly recommend to others.

Spend far too much of my free time here! Great staff, very knowledgeable. Recently had a bike fit there now they have the Retül bike fit installed there. It’s excellent knowing that my bike is set up correctly for me and not second guessing everything.

Just a 'big up' to the brilliant service at Spesh Birmingham #specializedbirmingham and thanks for the excellent #retul bike fit from Jonny Harris, - it also turned out to be a 2 hour workout! Luke did me proud with my Tarmac build and adjustment .....oh and the coffee. Thanks again all.
