The best optician.
Thanks for having me as a customer. Your contact lense scheme is fab,
Specsavers Hereford is brilliant! A very comprehensive service. And, unlike Vision Express, they have a toilet for customers on the ground floor - which is a boon to a person like me! I love my geeky frames, and I'm thinking of getting a pair of prescription intermediate glasses.
Had a problem here, but was spoken to by darren smith the store director who was a lovely guy and very helpful. As a result the problem was resolved and have to give him 10/10 for his customer service
Always had brilliant service from Specsavers they was understanding of my problem and didnt push me when testing they simple said come back another day to finish the tests off because l was suffering from a bad head ache which wasn't helping my eyes at all thank you for being so understanding
I was here on time but not see yet 12-35 pm app it's now 12-49 pm !!!!
Two weeks ago I went in to see if specsavers had a spare arm for my sunglasses. The kind lady replaced it for me FOC as I was also booking an eye test. She also warned me that the other arm looked weak - it broke later the same day. I had my eyes tested on Saturday and whilst there I asked them if they could fix my sunglasses. I have a prescription for new glasses, where I normally spend around £150. I asked for my sunglasses back and they wanted to charge me £10 for an arm!!!!!! Needless to say I asked them to remove the arm and will no longer be buying my glasses from Specsavers.
