Spiced make up terms and conditions.


Requirements:
On booking a treatment with spiced make-up and beauty you must discuss any medical conditions, skin conditions, pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding at the time of booking, certain conditions mean that you cannot have certain treatments and are contra-indications to treatments, we also require patch tests for certain treatments this must be done at least 48 hours before treatments even if you have had the same treatments before with other therapists, this is for your own safe being. We would appreciate it if you could ensure there is enough room for large equipment like massage table if required. We ask that if you will be receiving make-up treatment can you please ensure your face is make-up free, you will receive a small facial as a make-up preparation but we will have to charge if we have do a deep cleanse and full facial.


Appointments:
Appointments can be made by telephone, text, email and through social networking and in some cases we can offer same day appointments. On completion of your booking you will receive a text message or email if preferred 48hours prior to remind you of your appointment.

Treatment times:
Treatment durations include an allowance for a brief consultation with your therapist and undressing /dressing time. There will also be time allocated for setting up the equipment.

Prices:
All treatments must be paid in full with cash or a valid gift voucher on the day unless pre-paid in advance. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are maybe to subject to alteration without prior notice.

Deposits:
Please note that certain treatments such as wedding packages or large order bookings will require a deposit upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment.

Cancelations:
Should you need to cancel /reschedule an appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of you first scheduled appointment.
Failure to do this may incur a charge of 50% of your treatment costs.

Relaxing environment:
I strive to give you the customer the most professional and relaxing experience from the moment the treatment starts until it finishes.

Business protocol:
Complaints procedure should be in writing and emailed to spicemakeup@yahoo.com and will be dealt with within 7 working days. Spiced make up do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards the staff if this happens it may result in the procedure being stopped yet the client may still be charged for the procedure.
