First visit and it won't be our last. Everything we ordered looked wonderful and tasted delicious. Strawberry pancakes, Ferrero waffles, fudge cake, Chocolate sundae and milkshakes. We've been sprinkles previously and have to say Flavours is far superior. Bright clean restaurant and lovely staff. 5*****

Came today with 11 girls for my daughters birthday..tables were reserved for us as I popped in and asked yesterday,staff we,re so helpful with the large order came out fast considering it was quite busy..they had put candles in my daughters dessert & all sang happy birthday..really pleased ��thankyou xx

No whipped cream in store today so had to have ice cream which i dont like. What kind of a dessert place doesnt have whipped cream!

I've ordered the food together with my girlfriend.

My girl had her food quick and enjoyed. I have been waiting long time, my girlfriend has already finished her and I was still waiting. I had to ask them again for my food again and I have realised they forgot about it.

The food is nice so I have enjoyed this part.

Waited 40 minutes for my order today when i went to the till to see where it was they said it had been took off the screen on the till so then had to wait another 10 minutes.wouldnt mind but the shop wasnt busy.also plates were left on tables.when i eventually recieved my order it was lovely

I visited on 17/04/2018 and couldn’t wait! I had already seen a picture of what I wanted on facebook which was the Reece’s cookie dough. I ordered it and when it arrived I was heartbroken. It looked nothing like the advertised picture on Facebook so I mentioned it to one of the staff. They said the oven had been changed recently so the cookie dough is now baked in the microwave oven to reduce the cooking time and a lot people have complained about this too. This is just not the same dessert place I visited months ago. The cookie dough was heavenly then and now it’s changed so much! Don’t think I’ll make a return visit �

Waste of time & money. If u go with more than one of u, expect to be waiting one HELL of a long time. Over 30 quid for 4 people , one of which just had a cone. We waited over an hour for ONE item to come.... then had to moan to get the rest. Really expensive, unprofessional slow service and absolutely underwhelming when the food finally came. Will NEVER go again and will be STRONGLY advising anyone I speak to against having such a horrendous experience .... CRAP. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Waited 50 mins for a takeaway, during which time numerous people who came in after me got served. Restaurant was filthy, dirty plates left on tables and taken away on a trolley mixed with clean plates? Rubbish all over the floor, screaming kids and despite there being loads of people waiting nobody using the waffle machines. I saw dishes of food left on the side for 10 mins... ice cream melted and then still served to customers. Absolutely disgusting. Felt sorry for the manager and lady on the till because none of the other staff were doing anything at all. When I enquired about my order I found it hadnt even been put through properly. I then had to queue for 10 minutes to get my refund!!!!!!!

Waited 40 minutes and had to go back to counter to find out where our 2 pieces of cake and two coffees were. After that the cake was really dry!!!! Didn’t complaint to staff that was there as the queue was to the door and people was also at counter complaining about the wait for their food - absolute nightmare - screaming children (also because of the wait) and tables dirty.

Visted today got left standing for 10 minutes waiting to be served when there was numerous people behind the counter only to be told they am not serving warm food , they should have either put notices up or verbally told everyone who was waiting in line that they wasn't doing warm food. Awful service I will not be returning here in the future.

Visited today, very disappointed. No clean tables, waited a while to give staff chance to clean one but had to ask in the end. Ordered ice creams for my children so didn’t have to wait but my friend ordered a tea and cake and custard for her son and waited 45 minutes for the order to arrive! By which time we had obviously finished our order and her poor so had sat and watched my kids eat wondering why his cake was taking so long. Asked multiple times where the order was and each time it was clear that the staff had forgotten all about it. 45 minutes to heat some custard and make a cup of tea is ridiculous! Terrible management to be so short staffed during half term. Toilets were also filthy �

The service was extremely slow, 30-45 minutes and staff were not very helpful. It was not busy and there were others requesting Head Office details at the till to complain. The manager was rude and tried to speak us while we were eating. Needless to say we will not be returning.

I never normally review restaurant. but I wanted to warn people about this place. awful service it took us over 1 1/2hours to get a ice scream and all the order did not come together. it is very over priced and so so food. It was not a pleasant experience. there was also dirty plates left everywhere.

Came to order 6 milkshakes to take away and theres a half hour wait the only table available still had plates of left overs on and no body came to clean or take it away only 4 staff serving absolute joke especially in a school holiday and a shop full!!!!

As it's my bday I have decided to take my family out for an ice cream....we are going to this place quite often but, surprise. Not including the dirty tables which are an usual thing we were surprise by an ice cream made with only water no sugar the worst. I have ordered a kinder bueno sundae which had no kinder bueno pieces as it usually had. When I went to tell them that I have no kinder bueno pieces in it one of the girls took a kinder bueno stick part it in 2 like a villain and stuck it into my ice cream. I have no words to explain how I felt when we all know what prices we pay for the ice cream there....we used to go at least once a week which turned to none a year! Thank you for convincing me you do not deserve my money!!!!
