We went bank hoilday monday, really enjoyed it and my four children loved it will be going again
The first time I've been down there I really enjoyed it
Terrific Day our despite some rain. Arrived an hour before the start and still found a decent spot. Great entertainment with all the action you would expect. over four hours of racing
Go prepared take chairs, a gazebo and some loo roll for the sky rockets.
Great Welsh banter for PA announcer, and the Burger Van. All reasonably priced and tasty burgers too.
Myself and family had brilliant day lots of carnage brilliant burger van there resonable priced but for the turn out there was more people there but not enough toilet facilities I think they need more toilets
Love this place my son is 6 now and we been going since he was 3 we love it and it's not a rip-off well worth the money 10/10 for action no stunts just drivers going nuts
Had a brilliant day even tho it was very hot my son wants to find out how to become a junior driver now his first time abs he loved it
Greatest family day out ever
Great day out. Went with family and friends. And apart from the sunburn had a fantastic day. Got the banger bug now.
Great day out with the family! £20 for a family ticket, what a bargain. Loved the different categories, some excellent racing and great crashes we all loved it. Will defo b back!
Good day out for the family
Fantastic day out for all the family great food and sof drinks available kids bouncy castle etc
Excellent afternoons entertainment today, the lady on the tannoy kept us informed about what was happening, the marshals were quick and professional even with multiple cars getting rolled over even cars in flames every incident was sorted quickly and safely, even the toilets were clean and well stocked with paper.
Will be going again:-)
Absolutely fantastic. everyone around is so friendly too. The races are awesome fun a great family day out
Had a great day out very good could have had more car's in the Darby at end but very good day out will be going again
Would usually give it a 5 Star as Ive really enjoyed watching since I was tiny and my parents used to take me.
However, recently I've paid £8 on around 3 occasions to see something I didn't pay to see.
It is my understanding this is a 'Family Event' meaning young children can come along and watch it.
It is also my understanding there are certain rules in which the drivers have to abide by while racing.
I assume the drivers understand by taking part, they are likely going to get hit ...
What ever happened to the old times where drivers used to get hit and 'get on with it' they were always friendly!
It is clear to see a number of drivers planning to attack one person around the track - shouldn't be allowed unless in a teams race ... else should be everyone against everyone and just HAVE FUN!!!
Recently it has seemed to have turned in to a very bad version of a boxing match!!!
Not something I'd want my children to watch!!!
Having said that, I just want to say a BIG well done to all the drivers that get on with one another, or don't let their opinions of other drivers take charge of what you do on the track (I am aware not everyone in the world gets on)
I enjoy seeing drivers get out and shake hands after being hit.
Keep doing what you're doing, shame other drivers let you down!
Well the event I think needs a proper PA system. Also it seemed very one sided on judging as the BSB had a car in that was getting bashed by the other team all the time to which the cars were coloured green and black. I recently found out that they where all old team mates but because the one lad up and went to join the BSB they got a vendiction against him and the BSB but to pick on the blokes Mrs who is only the size of my young son I thought was out of order yet the main marshesl band him from the race and not the green n black cars
Usually love banger racing but unless you get there to be able to park next to the fence you don't see nothing unless standing on a car or becoming best pals and sitting in someone else's boot . My boy couldn't see nothing we had to stand in the door/seats of my friends car to see anything couldnt just sit down and relax and watch .. kids running around as was bouncy castle and ice cream van but was cars moving about all day too so seemed unsafe for the youngsters who were playing suited fine for older kids so you can get there early my boy struggled as it was so going earlier wouldn't have been an option .. uused to go when I was young and remeber sitting in picnic blankets and watching the races
Great racing loved that bit, but the big disappointment was there was no programmes or someone letting you know what was on next on the tannoy.
Fair play all the drivers put on a great show tho, they all worked hard trying to get there cars back on the track.
Never again charge way to much to get in,feeling disappointed more hot rod races then banger races, and those banger races that did race ,results were called halfway through even though there were still eight cars on track still running and ready to re start race. Feel really sorry for drivers paying all that money to race only to have races called on sevral occassions. Ialso think health and saftey need to visit DONT RECCOMMEND TO ANYONE
