Send out a smoke signal! Another Hickory’s Smokehouse Restaurant (Wilmslow) project has started - making this our 5th Hickory’s project. SMS are responsible for the full design and installation of all mechanical services required to refurbish this 2 storey building into a restaurant.

Staffordshire Mechanical Solutions has recently commenced works, operating as Principal Contractor, on a new production facility for WESCO Aircraft Holdings; An aerospace industry expert in operational performance, supply chain tracking, consolidated invoicing and vendor management.

Staffordshire Mechanical Solutions were employed to install mechanical and electrical services to a new Dining Hall and Science Area extension project.
Mechanical services included, domestic services and drainage, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. Gas services were installed in science labs'.
Electrical services included, lighting, fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm and CCTV systems. All necessary data infrastructure was installed together with a Disabled ...Refuge Intercom System.
The project was completed on budget and ahead of programme. Project challenges were significant due to continued use and the proximity to students and local residents.

Staffordshire Mechanical Solutions have been appointed to carry out the full design, installation and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical services to a new 2 level office extension at The Grange, Rearsby, Leicester. The development will provide new office space, meeting rooms, rest room and kitchen facilities.

The scheme comprised the refurbishment of the existing part two storey building in Poynton. The refurbishment has formed a new Hickory’s Smokehouse bar and restaurant facility, complete with bar servery, commercial kitchen, glass wash areas, beer cellar, bottle storage, staff accommodation, public toilet facilities, etc.
