The staff who work in the drive through on a Friday evening are fabulous. Really make mine & my nieces evening. Even if we drive through late they are always ready with a smile and extra purchase suggestion! Thank you x

The staff are always very helpful & pleasant, they always go the extra mile to ensure my drink is exactly how I like it. We always get a warm welcome. Luke served us today & was his usual polite & helpful self 😄☕️

Service was good just a shame that the toilets were out of order & no proper cups available.

But apart from that all good

I was lucky enough to be treated by a friend to toffee nut latte, which was amazing! I would recommend this Christmassy drink to anyone! Even if you just want a ‘normal’ coffee this is one of the best Starbucks locally with pleasant staff, clean shop and great drinks.

Drinks are always made wonderfully and the staff are always polite! Fliss especially goes the extra mile for the customers �

Called here on way to Gloucester and staff were really friendly. Well, done to Starbucks!

The latte just tasted weak and thin wont use again as a national chain and i would guess a franchise where are the control measures for quality and consistancy and yes the loos were something else yuk

Shame I can't give five stars for really helpful staff and one for insipid Luke warm coffe all for the same price as a full breakfast at a cafe not to further up the road.

Had my normal caramel macc, really disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. 15:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Food, sweets and sugar packs all over the place. � �

Furniture was absolutely disgusting I should have taken pictures as it looks like in need of a complete deep clean and revamp!!

I decided not to use the bathroom as my husband thought the gents was unclean!!

Won’t be calling in here any time soon !!!

Drive thru yesterday, 2 cars in front. No apology for the wait - should be a common courtesy. I got to the window was ignored by a couple of members of staff despite my drink being on the side. Paid and asked the staff member if he could please stir it for me - he informed that when I put the straw in I could stir it - I explained that’s pretty difficult when I’m driving. Cue a dirty look and inaudible sigh but he did stir it regardless. Made me feel a simple request was like asking to part the seas � this shop used to be great, the staff helpful and courteous but all the old staff seem to have gone. Will probably just drive an extra 10 mins up to battlefield now to be honest.

The staff were lovely but was sooooo dirty. It is a new restaurant but looks really dirty. Furniture looks old because it is covered in stains. No clean plates because the dishwasher is broken....ever heard of washing by hand?!? Only 3 young girls on duty. Running around but still smiling

I was given the wrong drink on two separate occasions. Specifically asked for one shot of coffee and was given more than that. Asked for a gingerbread latte and was given a toffee nut. 🤔

Had to wait 20mins for one coffee- manager was useless. Unacceptable

Gents toilet was disgusting and apparently so was the ladies, I am not a coffee drinker but my wife is, as it is primarily a coffee establishment she was disappointed with her cappuccino and I was unable to have the standard English breakfast tea as they had none. Laughable to say the least. Little Chef next door next time.

Dreadful customer service twice in a row last week including blatant disregard for allergen information by a barrister. Furious.
