Who don't love star bucks

Just stopped for lunch on our way down from Blackpool to South Wales. We loved the fresh pasta salad and scrumptious porridge plus lattes. Clean premises friendly staff would stop again on our travels.

Had a little pit stop from driving brecon to manchester.. got myself a popcorn cooler at the drive thru and the service was 5* the man who served me was very polite.. excellent customer service and lovely cooler as well..

Clean, nice coffee , good service and clean toilets!

Three stars for the coffee, I made the mistake of trying a new coffee and I did not like it at all , however 5 stars for the young chap in the white shirt who took my order , great service , excellent manners and in general a very funny chap

Would have been handy to know your Starbucks card/app isn't working before I order, queue up and then can't pay.

So slow � latte not as nice as Costa! Disappointing!

No better coffee than many other places, but more. Expensive. Not impressed with the service. First time I had been and will not be going back.

Would rate your customer service 0 stars if I could. The lady acted like she has something better to do than...well,her job. Asked for a cold double shot grande latte with no ice in it(just pour the cold milk in,simple as that) and the same but tall. Gave me the tall with a shit load of ice. When we went back to ask if she could remove the ice she rudely replied that we asked for no ice on only one of the drinks (weird as we originally wanted a frappucino but since it doesnt come without any ice we switched to lattes) ... drinks take 15 minutes on a good day, need I go on? If you do something about your staff maybe it wouldn’t be so badly rated .
