We are perfectly located within easy reach of anything the city has to offer. Just a few minutes walk from either: the Bullring shopping centre or the cityโs main rail hub, Birminghamโs New Street station.
You will find us fully geared to helping you make the most of your time here โ no matter what length of time you wish to stay be it short, long or an extended stay.
Our accommodation includes either a studio or one-bedroom suites for short term stays or larger suites are available for long or extended stays. It is important to us that you feel at home so we provide plenty of storage a fully equipped kitchen, a TV and stereo to help you unwind and a workspace. All our apartment rates also includes a hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel an exercise room and a free of charge guest laundry.

Did you know we are located in the heart of Birmingham? Only a short walk away from all the hussle and bussle of Birmingham City Centre ๐
Wonderful hotel very clean and chic suites lovley friendly staff will definitely stay again and will recommended to others. My only criticism is that there is one chair in the suite to be able to eat at the table. I had brought food to eat in our room but this was impossible as only one chair so had to eat out. But this didn't spoil our overall experience
What a brilliant find. Only had one night but couldn't fault it. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Got there too early to check in but husband wasn't feeling well so able to get room earlier than normal. Fantastic location. Room was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen area a massive bonus with everything you could possibly want. Loved the bathroom, big walk in shower, comfy bed, contemporary furnishings. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again.
We stayed here last night, myself and husband and our married friends in another room, receptionists were really lovely and helpful, the rooms were both beautiful and really comfortable with all ameinaties to make a hot drink in the morning in our room, the breakfast buffet was beautiful also, we will all definitely be staying here again x
We recently stayed here for my birthday weekend and can highly recommend.
The hotel was very central, just few mins walk to the station. Even though it's very central in the shopping/restaurant/bar areas we never heard any noise at all.
The housekeeping staff work very hard to keep this hotel very clean. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were fantastic, even having fridge, dishwasher, sink and almost every kitchen utensil you'd ever need.
Excellent hotel and will definitely return if I'm back in Birmingham !

Stayed here for 2 weeks with work and it was amazing. So nice having a kitchen area when you're away from home so much. Came back the week after, there was a miscommunication with our company and ourselves but staybridge were so helpful, saved us some rooms whilst our company sorted the problem and we managed to stay again. Not to mention the lovely breakfast and weekly social nights! Unfortunately we aren't always able to get rooms as it's full pretty quick but if I had the choice this would be my first. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
Once again stayed at out favourite suites in Birmingham the staff are friendly and very welcoming. No problems at all room was clean thank you
Myself and my mum stayed here saturday 11th, we arrived at 11am as we wanted to do shopping before going out to the nia for the evening and the extremely helpful staff allowed us to check in hours early and called us a taxi ready for our night out at 7pm so everything would be ready. The room was lovely and clean, the facilities were great, breakfast couldnt be faulted and both ladies the next morning were superb.
I stayed here for two nights. For some Christmas shopping. Great location for the bullring shopping center. staff helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Rooms well presented clean bed comfortable and has everything you need. Only down side is no parking on site. U need to park at a ncp car parks. The hotel does give u a discounted rate and the short walk to car park is ok but when you've been shopping for two days proves a challenge. If I was to come back I would 100% stay here but I would get a train with a few empty cases. Only other down point if you can call it that is the breakfast was included so I didn't mind but I would not pay extra for it. So many good places near by just pop outside.
Fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites. Two dogs and two ladies....dogs were treated like royalty and showered with treats, gifts, bowls, love and fuss. Very accoodating and suite was perfect with a lovely view of Brum. Thank you Staybridge Suites. Most definately recommend ๏ฟฝ

Brilliant place to stay! More than just a hotel room, you have your own kitchen to prepare food or even just store some drinks in fridge for later on. The beds are out of this world- Iโve never slept as soundly for a long time.
Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and even gluten free bread and cereal. Got food is always replenished promptly.
Not a single thing I could fault - and I love to pick faults and I honestly canโt find one. The staff are friendly and very helpful and accommodating. All positives. Iโm already looking for deals to come back!
Beautiful and clean hotel, staff were always helpful. Especially the 2 staff members that checked my husband and I into the hotel, we had explained the horrible day we had with another hotel (nothing to do with any of the IHG hotels) and they immediately put us at ease. One of them even approached my husband the next day to see if our first night was peaceful enough. It was our first time in Birmingham and we will definitely be booking this hotel again. Thank you x
Amazing stay at Staybridge Birmingham on Friday & Saturday night. Fantastic location, service and care for all guests. As well as a lovely apartment & complimentary breakfast couldn't ask for more. Reception is separate from the ground floor so it feels like your staying at home if you know what I mean. Top marks definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay central to Birmingham :)
5 minutes walk from everywhere in downtown Birmingham. I had a suite on the 8th floor. 2 full size double bedrooms and a large wet room in the apartment. Living area with full size kitchen bar with fridge, cooking hob and microwave as well as enough cutlery, plates to entertain up to 6 people.
Home from home.
The kitchen hub on the 2nd floor has a fully stocked larder and buffet for breakfast grazing!
A separate lounge area adjacent to the kitchen hub is also large and has multiple sofa and seating corners.
-Staff; Friendly and very kind. Went above and beyond with everything like example searched for various information about stuff for us the experience in Birmingham.
-Room; Wow. Where to begin. Of course very clean but everything about the room screamed 5 star world class room. Fancy bed, beautiful decore and appliances.
-Position of hotel; It couldn't be located any better, as center of Birmingham as you could come with Bullring and great pubs nearby.
-Lobby; Large reception and looby with a beautiful breakfast area. Possibilities to purchase drinks, nuts and so on for a reasonable amount.
My review is a perfect 5/5 experience and I'll be back for sure and can recommend it for everyone looking for a hotel in Birmingham.
This was our first stay here but it won't be our last. We found it to be very warm and welcoming, the staff were lovely.
It isn't oppulent but it is very clean and well equipped.
Personally, we only had a very light breakfast but there was lots to choose from and it all looked good and fresh.
The only reason I have given four stars instead of five is because the luggage room had been left open and unattended for a good few minutes. We thought this was a little too relaxed and trusting. Our stuff was in there as we had arrived much earlier than check in. Anyone could have gone in there and helped themselves!!
Just got home from a two night stay at the Staybridge Suites. Firstly, I'd like to say that the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I wasn't disappointed at all, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was incredible, like a home from home. Although the lifts with the key cards were pretty confusing at first, we had met many guests in the same boat, haha. It was in the perfect location like with the Bullring not far and the train stations, so we didn't have to walk far. Me and my partner really did have a nice stay. However, on our second day, we started to find ants in our kitchen. Being on the 5th floor, it didn't make sense how at all. Throughout the day, we got rid of about 5 ants before leaving for our attractions visits. We didn't think much of that. But then, within the evening, we started to find more and more on the kitchen counters, one on our bed and one in our bathroom. We didn't feel very comfortable being there for the rest of the evening, however we had no choice. The only option was a deep clean of the kitchen at 12am and getting complimentary drinks on the house while it happened. We didn't take this offer as we were just off to bed. We would have been offered another room but it was fully booked. We couldn't get a refund either as we booked through Groupon. Even the security, who came up to see the ants for himself, couldn't believe it and had to take a picture to show the rest of the staff. The incident didn't spoil our trip but it wasn't the best to deal with so late at night when we were trying to settle down. I've now just come home to find one little lodger on my sponge and hopefully not anymore. Besides that, we had a lovely trip and were pretty satisfied with our suite apart from the ants!
