CLASS CHANGES: Tonight's self practice class will begin at the earlier time pf 4.30pm and finish slightly earlier at 6.40pm. The Ashtanga led class at 7.30pm will be cancelled tonight due to the England game!

Wonderful acroyoga class this afternoon. Everyone was very friendly. Loved it :-)

What a lovely cup of coffee, that good I had another, best I’ve had in a long long time. Well worth it

We ordered the miso soup which was delicious, well presented too. A chilled bottle of tap water and chilled glasses too which was a nice touch. Friendly staff too, nice place!

They put up with me whole-heartedly and it's great to have a hub of like-minded people that are compassionate and committed to their own practice as well as taking joy in watching you grow in your own.

The food is stunning. Called in as was ‘ just passing’. Great coffee, fab ambience, brilliant staff and the food is incredible! Will make a specific trip here next time.

Had tea with some friends yesterday. Excellent sercive and very nice interior
