I work integratively which is using various therapy approaches which suits the best need of you the client.

I work in a non-judgemental way and try to understand the world from your point of view and to help you with the process of leading a much fulfilled happier life.

As well as running my own private practice I also work with the NHS as Esteem & Therapy Team Leader . I deliver group workshops to patients who are diagnosed with long term health conditions including a cancer survivorship group using positive psychology and various therapeutic techniques to help them cope with the emotional stresses of living with long term health conditions.

I work very closely with GP's and other health professionals as a private referal gateway, ensuring the best service is delivered to patients.

I have an advanced diploma in hypnotherapy and I am currently delivering hypnotherapy to patients within the NHS who have been diagnosed with IBS.

I also deliver Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is great for helping cope with pain, phobias, craving, low self esteem to name a few. I also incorporate Mindfulness which has been proven through numerous studies to lower levels of stress, anxiety and depression.
