Brand new beginners pole class, you will be learning the technique to spin and climb the pole and transition around the floor, building strength and confidence in each class. The first taster class is ┬Ż5, you will then have the opportunity at the end of the class to book a course with one of our memberships or plans or ┬Ż11 pay as you go option.

Beginners Aerial hoop class in our fun, friendly studio.
The class will include a warmup and cool down at the end, with a varity hoop moves and strength building. Leggings, leg warmers can be worn over the top, vest or t-shirt, socks can be worn to begin with. Your very first class is ┬Ż5 , ... memberships & plans are available on our booking system

These stretch classes can be tailored to suit everybody, if you want to just touch your toes or get your splits or just come and socialize and have fun then please do come along. Stretching has so many benefits in everyday life, Stress busting, reduces the risk of injuries, improves circulation, increase in stamina, improves energy levels and increases flexibility and range of motion.
We will spend 10 minutes warming up and do a variety of strengthening exercises, followed ...by a number of different stretching exercises, working on opening up the shoulders, back and legs, using PNF and partner stretching techniques. Each class will vary.
