We received excellent customer service from Debbie and Jack this weekend�only went in for a browse on Saturday and ended up walking away with some wonderful garden furniture, all at an amazing price. We were so impressed we returned today and bought more! Couldn't have asked for more from a garden centre and its great staff! Also had lovely breakfast in the cafe and noted how welcoming everyone was to dogs! Definitely taking our pooch along next time!!

We have been to the garden centre today to visit Santa and it was the most lovely experience. He is the best Santa we have ever seen and it has made our 1st family Christmas even more special �

This is for the best and most magical Santa, this is the 3rd year we have been and he never fails to disappoint. He is incredible, so real, kind and magical. We will never go anywhere else. Aways has the time to spend and his personality is just precious. Even I believe. Thank you Santa �

The staff were great for breakfast with Santa even though the store was to stay closed they opened for the children that turned up and Santa was the best I’ve ever seen .we will be booking for next year .well done to you all and a merry Christmas xx

The soft play area is perfect,not so big you can't see your child but big enough to keep them happy for a good few hours.The staff are lovely especially Amy who can't do enough for you and the food is always great,can't recommend this place enough

My son had a wonderful 4th birthday party here today!! The staff were so lovely and made sure everything ran perfectly. The food selection was perfect for the age range. The soft play area isn't too big so can almost always see what they're up to. I couldn't recommend it enough. Thanks for a great day.

Ive recently had a party for my daughters 2nd birthday we had a lovely time the cold buffet was perfect for this age and the staff catered last minite for a child dietry requiement

The woodland room was a perfect size for 17 children plus the adults!

Staff were helpful and came and tidied up throughout the 2 hr session

The soft play is just right for under 5's i think and the amount of time was just right

I was able to go in half hr b4 and decorate the room

I particularly love the fact that dogs are allowed in both the store and the cafe. The staff there are so welcoming and in the cafe they even bring a little dish of dog biscuits over for my dog. I have visited on several occasions over the past few weeks, since moving to the area, and the food has been excellent every time. The Sunday roast is huge and offers fantastic value for money. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. There is also a soft play area which I visited with my daughter and grandson. It is really well laid out and there is plenty for the little ones to do. I can highly recommend this venue for all the facilities on offer and standard of customer service which is second to none.

Had a lovely morning at the soft play my son loved it perfect size as its not to big for Him to get lost as he is 2.5 years. Only thing is the floor is concrete and if a child fell out the soft play entrance onto the floor I could see an accident happening maybe needs a few more matts putting down the same as the seating area is on. Will def be coming more often :-)

By far the best santa in redditch. A truly magical experience. The most genuine, kind and real santa I have ever seen. I love how he takes time with each child, and takes a genuine interest. Fabulous. Don't ever stop doing it.

Afternoon tea was lovely, we really enjoyed it. Staff nice and friendly too. Thank you would definitely recommend it �

We visited the soft play barn yesterday with a 10 year old, 18 month old and 3 month old. Nice, smallish soft play area is perfect for younger children (and their older brothers!). The pizzas we ordered were really nice too - I'd definitely come back for more. The only complaint I have is that whilst the entrance price and food prices are perfectly reasonable, paying £1.99 for less than a can's worth of Coke left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Seems incredibly unreasonable to charge that much for a small glass. Other than that, it's a nice place.

We visited the play been today...it was lovely...my 2 1/2 year old has confidence issues of going under things and this play barn really bought put his confidence...it's nice a quiet and unlike imagination street....

My only issue is the flooring....it's very hard and broken concrete all around....the floor needs to be done either carpeted or that soft flooring out down.

But over all very nice ��

Came to the open day of the play area and my son loved it, lovely modern play equipment! My only issue was my son managed to get out and was running towards the exit of the store because there wasn't a magnet on the gate to stop children leaving! Staff did assure me one was being fitted the next day but you do have to question why they opened without it! X

Brunch was delicious ( late breakfast)

We spent the morning in the soft play which was lovely. The entry price is fair for what you get and my youngest enjoys it because it isn't too big. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, it is very disappointing that the kitchen closes for 1/2 an hour at 11.30am and so you can't get any food prepared. Note I didn't say 'hot' food as they also can't provide sandwiches for the picnic boxes. They still take orders during this period but then they build up over the half hour and you end up waiting a long time even for a jam sandwich!

Been for breakfast several times and found the food good. Two gripes, there always seems to be a long wait for food. Forty minutes yesterday. The coffee was long gone by the time food arrived and we would have liked to have the drink with the food. Staff very helpful and apologetic. Second gripe, very noisy, due to structure of building. Played havoc with my husband's hearing aids and I came away with the start of a headache. That said I don't think it will put us off going again.

What's happened to this place? Great memories of bringing my kids here for drinks and cakes and letting them play outside. The play area which once was great now looks derelict, tatty and in need of lots of tlc. The service in the now very over priced cafe has gone completely downhill and leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointed

We really like it there but this is about soft play yesterday we were only ones in there and no wonder air conditioning was not working and the only fan in there was on staff non for people and children in there to be fair the young man that works there with glasses was going to point fan at us but was told was for staff and did his best to get air con working . I think it may well be empty rest of week �� shame cause we really like it there and staff are lovely
