Recently visited on Saturday again. Busy as always so I expected a little wait. Waitress was polite & informed us of a possible 25 minute wait. Our food arrived just on time like the waitress said. Atmosphere inside the shop is always buzzing. Desserts were top notch. Altogether our time was very much enjoyed & once again I can't find any faults. Definitely recommend. Especially for familys�

One of my fave dessert places. Around the corner from work. Hit the spot for my workmates and I after a long week on Friday afternoon! Lovely decor, staff and above all-yummy desserts! Definitely recommend!

Loved everything velvet waffle cookie dough to mocktail. The staff are very friendly and kind. First time visited there really pleased with the service. Will definitely go again if I be in Birmingham

I visited yesterday and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were polite the wait was not long at all for the desserts and the price was quite good I would recommend this place and I would be visit this place again. �

I visited on 23/12/16, had never heard of this place before & had never seen it, from outside looks like your normal run of the mill dessert shop however inside the menu was like the ones I have seen in top class dessert parlours, staff are very attentive & friendly, selection is fantastic, desserts are divine & very reasonably priced, I went with a party of 4 and had a fantastic time, I will be visiting this venue again, keep up the good job 👏

Ate dinner at ladypool rd and instead of going to Heavenly (which I have been to before), chose to drive to Supreme. Have to say it was the best choice. Serving staff was very polite and although it was busy he made sure we were ok. The menu was extensive and had a good selection. I ordered red velvet supreme waffles and hubby ordered ferrero cheesecake which is made in -house. And then had a choc shot. Would definitely come here again.

Lovely desserts, highly recommend them! We had from choc crunch & custard, brownie desserts & cookie dough... all very impressive & presented 👌🏽

The service was good but got our dessert wrong however quick to resolve mistake only think was 1 hr later we were given our bill without asking suggesting they wanted us to leave alittle rude.

The place was clean, the female staff could have shown a bit more interest, they lacked a spark, the guy at the till was fine, chatty and funny. The desserts itself looked good but the taste wasn't great, there's so many better places in Brum. We only came here as it was a stone throw away from where we were at the time. Bit pricey for average desserts. Adore, Just Desserts, Piccadilly even Ice Stone Gelato's are all much better in the same price bracket.

Overall it was ok....deserts were ordered...specifically told not to add certain fruit in one..when it came to us ...what happens...plate full of fruit that we didnt want...im not allergic to this fruit but i could have been..so that was totally ignored..secondly i dont see any harm with a service with a smile.Young lady was really rude and arrogant..and last bur not least after 40 minutes they still forgot to give us 1 order our of 4....now..im being generous giving a 3...ir should be lower. This was my 1st and last time going there...

Ordered an apple crumble with custard. The presentation was pleasing and it's a generous sized portion. The taste was ok, I'd only criticise that the apple crumble was very well drowned beneath the custard & therefore was left rather moist. I'd have thought the custard would've come separately like in a little jug, so it gives consumers the full control to pour the desired amount of custard ontop of the apple crumble. Lastly, The service was very swift and friendly, but my nephews order was forgotten about untill I waved one of the workers and reminded them.

Pros:



- amazing victoria sponge cake

- nice ice cream

Cons:



- staff were not very attentive to orders and gave us the wrong order as well as not delivering the bubblegum ice cream scoop we asked for (twice)



- staff started shouting back at an abusive customer which caused a huge racket which resulted in ruining a nice evening out



- they had run out of practically everything we wanted (why keep a place running if you have run out of key ingredient)



- bad smell outside the dessert place

Not a clean place, apart from one charming lady Humaima the other servers were poker faced and unwelcoming... Waffle was raw in the places. The card machine never works apparently.
