Well folks the last 12 months have flown by. This time last year I said goodbye Waitrose and Hello Café.
I would like to thank all our customers for their support over the last year. There have been a few changes since we got here and there are more still to come.

We are deciding wether to open over Christmas. Would you come to the café over Christmas or will you be to busy.
So the question I ask is. Should we open between Christmas and new year or should we close?

Hi folks. Unfortunately my coffee machine has decided to have a days holiday. Until the coffee machine man can get it back up and running it’s tea and instant coffee only I’m afraid. I will let you know when we are back to normal. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks for your understanding. 🙂

We have a new takeaway special on a week day. Lunch time 1.30-1.30 and after school 3-4.

It’s finally here! New menus, and new pricing. Sorry but it had to happen at some point.
As our regulars will know we took the café on with its menus and prices as they were. We’ve spoken to customers, found local quality suppliers, updated our equipment and done a bit of market research.
Now we felt was the time to update the menu to reflect our changes.
... We now have our standard menu and we will be adding regular seasonal specials to our specials board (feel free to suggest things you would like to see on the board and we will see if we can accommodate it). We also have weekday, lunchtime and afternoon specials available.
We look forward to your continued support as we keep making little changes to get the café where we would like it to be. Feel free to like and share our posts and if you know anyone who would like some of our new flyers to distribute please pop in for some.

Visited for lunch today, lovely fresh food, quality ingredients at a really good price. Properly cooked jacket potato, none of your microwave jobs, and cheese that actually tasted like cheese. Lovely.

Popped in for quick lunch the other day with partner and baby, food was delicious, service really good, just what we needed on a cold day! Will definitely be back soon!xx

Lovely food very well cooked. Couldn’t help enough my son who is a vegetarian was asked what he would like to see on the menu. Will defiantly use this place on a regular basis

I've already written a recommendation but to reiterate......lovely food, two homecooked meals a day. From lovely toasted sandwiches, through to full breakfasts, fish and chips, lasagne and chilli. Lovely cakes too. Friendly staff with a warm welcome guaranteed.

I usually pop in at least once a week. Every-one is so friendly. Especially the owner. Always greats with a big smile. I can highly reccomend the cooked breakfasts. Great price and cooked to perfection. My Hubby and I had the medium one. Good portion's! Go see for your self :-D

Fantastic! Really friendly staff always going the extra mile. Being able to phone up and pre order lunch is perfect for picking it up on the way to work or a meeting! Always tastes far better than the Sandwiches you get in the Supermarket! Keep up the good work �
