I originally went through Tara and Co to rent a property in Leamington Spa. After the initial contracts etc I then dealt directly with the Landlord throughout the tenancy but Tara and Co were always there to offer advice and assistance.

There were some difficult times during the tenancy, but Tara and Co helped where ever possible despite the contract being Let Only. I received excellent service and was particularly impressed with David Quain who was always on hand for advice and guidance.

Honestly couldn't fault it - been a Tara & Co tenant for over 2 years now and their service has been second-to-none. Gurinder in particular has been terrific dealing with my queries, arranging my viewings and returning my deposit etc. Would recommend to both tenants and landlords alike.

A note of thanks to the Tara & Co team, I was new to the country and I was lucky enough to get the property though them, They were fair in every transaction, very helpful in every step, and immediately acted on every request I used to make. I felt very safe with them, I now I miss them even more when I have taken a property through another so called professional letting agency, who have been giving me a problem at every step. They were really helpful and managed to resolve an issue with an insurance company who were being problematic. The process of signing the contract and moving in was really smooth. We were really satisfied with the service.

Hi My Name is Sam i got a property from Tara and co in Brunswick street, Leamington spa they helped a lot in finiding it and got all my paper work sorted in two days of time where no other letting companies done and i personally recommand and say that staff is very helpfull thanks for Tara and Co.

Despite various issues with the property itself, Tara & Co have been very helpful, reasonable fees and prompt responses. Excellent customer service from Clare, who has worked extremely hard on our behalf, and very friendly staff all round. I would recommend to a friend.

Along with my late father, we have done business with Tara and Co. over the last 20 years. Over this time period we have grown and developed a business relationship based on trust and excellent customer service. I have always found Tara and Co. to offer an excellent Student Lettings service especially from Mr. Tara, David Quain and recently from David French.

This is not only the worst experience of renting I've ever had, but the worst experience with a company in general. Nothing gets done correctly, they don't talk to each other, telephone calls are ignored completely, emails are ignored and then the staff lie to cover up the or mistakes. I have had nothing but a catalogue of problems renting from them including them entering the flat without permission to do work to the hot water tank (it had been broken for a YEAR) and leaving mess everywhere. If you are wanting to rent from, go to a proper company.
