Was a very good day here, and was given a trophy when I went to buy one for my son as it was his birthday which was nice of them ��

Son and friends really enjoyed it, staff were great. Definitely reccomend. �

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all involved at Teamworks Racing Halesowen for yesterday (21/06/18), please pass on my comments to everyone.



My daughter and her friends had a great time at her birthday, there was lots of laughter and everyone was raving about on the car back



The guys help and support during the event was unprecedented. Although the vRacing is a relatively new event and some pods were not working, i could see they had spent time and effort making sure they knew their stuff and should be commended on their efforts in reaching such a high level of customer service.



Everyone at Teamworks Karting Halesowen, must also be congratulated for their friendly, attentive, hard-working and prompt service which made the day all that much more enjoyable for everyone and I look forward to seeing you again on Tuesday 26/06

- and the pizza's aren't that bad too :)





So much so Cookley Titans U16 F.C. had our end of season event at Teamworks Karting as it was such a good event.

I went here and it's was bad. The video you watch at the beginning to tell you what to do and the rules was stopped a couple of minutes before it was finished because one of the staff thought it was too boring! Then I start going round the track as I was going down from the top of the track I hit the bollard and got my leg stuck.I was then not allowed to go back of the track due to that happening , my brother has been working in go karting for many years and knows what to do when things like this happen I was meant to have a warning and for them to help me to learn how to do it but they never and they don't have the excuse they was busy as it was just me and my friend then 3 other people came when we was on the track I didn't no about this at the time they wasted no time getting me to fill the accident form in, they won't refund me money and I'm not allowed to drive there again my brother shocked as they are not doing there jobs properly! My brother has been ringing them to try get a re fund because they was in the wrong but they won't and was saying I was driving to fast wich I wasn't lol and that they did try and teach me wich they never! I put 5 stars so people can see but I rate it a 0-1 this is really bad.
