**CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT**
Our Sky Reach squirrel has a very important message for you this afternoon...

We live near the park. Fantastic place to relax at any age. Beautiful scenery. We love it.

User

We hadn't been to the Telford park area for over 2 yrs and went a few weeks ago to try the water Park area. Couldn't believe how much it's changed . We had a brilliant few hrs and my little one loved the sandy beach area . We went back the following Sunday and my husband can easily Nd we enjoyed the beach and do the bar area and the gardens . We have returned again yesterday to show granny how wonderful it is and found that even bar and beach had gone which was so sad as we had bought buckets and spades this time but we still had a nice afternoon and my 4 yr old played in the sand further up . We thought that was a massive attraction tho and sad it wasn't there any more . Well done though we will be back soon with a view to eat in one of the many new bistros there x

User

Stopped off in Telford on the way back from visiting north Wales with kids aged 2 & 7. Absolutely fantastic park. People of Telford and nearby, you are so lucky to have such a fab park on your doorstep. All ages well catered for and so clean and well maintained. Just wish we lived closer to visit more often. Well done Telford local council. There are many local councils that could learn a lot from you!

User

Started off by having a walk down the silkin way from Madeley with the intention of shopping in Telford. Never made the shops as the park was amazing, everywhere spotless, friendly staff, great cup of tea, beautiful gardens, and even a 12 hole crazy golf. Duck good £1 so feed the ducks and geese finished off with a swift half at the hungry horse pud all in all a really great day

User

Love the park. I have 4 year old twin nieces and a 13 year old. They all love the park too. I have two suggestions which would make the place 100% better for visiting the water park area. First, there are NO changing rooms. This may not be an issue when the park isn't too busy, but when it's jam packed and you have teens who have nowhere to get changed, it becomes chaos. Babies and little ones can get changed anywhere of course. Talking to other stressed mum's yesterday, it seemed to be a widespread issue. Also, it would be lovely if the kiosk near the water park had more choice of snacks (but this is a minor point) Apart from this, I look forward to coming back many times over the summer.

User

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rob and the first aid team at the town park this afternoon who came to the aid of my Son when he fell and hurt his knee.

Despite having to wait nearly 3 hours for the ambulance, we were not left alone and were thoroughly looked after and cared for throughout this time.

I’m glad to report that Alex’s injury is not serious thankfully and he should be back to normal and playing on your courts again in no time at all.

Thanks again to all those that helped. It was really most sincerely appreciated by us both.

I went with my sister & nephew & my 5 yr old little boy & we had a fantastic time . We especially like how close the toilets & food were to the park . I grew up in Telford & think all the new changes are brilliant . Car'nt wait to go bk 😊

User

I went here yesterday with my mate and her family we had a lovely time weather was beautiful but you need a disabled person car park in the park as walking from the town car park was not good. We will be back again though.

User

Huge thank you to the rangers clearing the path ways today made for easy safe access a big help with mums with prams!!

User

Had lovely time with daughter in law and daughter and 3 grand children. It's been years since been to park. Wow how it's changed so many different little bits now. It shocked me how big it was. They really loved the sandpits and diggers. But had ago on everything even though one 12 and one 3 he tried all. So much fun to be had

User

Had a great day out the kids loved it especially the water park bit and the prices of drinks and ice creams weren't too bad which is good will definitely come here again xx

User

Great place to visit, the rangers have done a brilliant job clearing all the walk ways of the snow

User

Great park. Liked the fact the play areas were separated by age group. Even though the park was busy there was so much to do it never felt cramped. Well done Telford. You have a fantastic community park that everyone can enjoy.

User

Great park, Having stayed at the international hotel it was a 2 minute walk. Very well looked after, we live in Berkshire and the vandalism we have found here at most if not all the park's in the area it was nice to see an area well maintained and respected.

User

Family night for Halloween. First time here for Halloween and we were not disappointed. Fantastic atmosphere, loved all the jump scares & characters. Definately recommend this place, great value for money. We loved it and shall definately be returning again next year.

User

Excellent. Great for kids. Awesome kids area.

User

Been going to the town park for 25 + years, I used to come here as a child and now I bring my own. It has changed a lot in this time but is always a lovely place to visit and with the added extra of the park runs every Saturday and Sunday (juniors) it's a great reason to visit frequently!

User

Telford Town Park is a really great place to visit and spend time with family. There's plenty to see and loads of facilities for the kids' entertainment which leads to happier relaxed parents. The only criticism we would say would be the lack of shelter facilities from the elements in the middle of the park. It was sweltering yesterday but there only appeared to be one small shelter.

User

Our first visit and we were really impressed. Lots of different play areas for kids. Nice to see sheltered picnic areas. We played crazy golf, which was a little expensive, but the course is well maintained and secured for paying customers only, so u don't mind paying a bit extra. We paid for an orienteering map and enjoyed exploring the park looking for markers. The only downside of our visit was that some of the orienteering markers had been vandalised, so you couldn't read the clues. (we found number 10 was unreadable). They potentially need to be checked on a more regular basis. Otherwise a great park, and I'll look forward to visiting again.
