Most areas considered. Looking for a 4 bed or a large 3. I need more room. Ive been in this house now for 16 years. Nice area and nice neighbours. Large private back Garden and a nice size front garden. Drive will hold up to 4 cars if needed. Kitchen was refitted about a yr ago. We have a separate dinning room that looks out onto the back Garden. Both the dinningroom and the livingroom has coal fires but house is also gas heated. New combi boiler fitted and heats up real fast. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms are double size and the smallest room is still a good size room.

Really need to move closer to school can't afford the travel expenses as school is much wenlock and we are waters upton near crudginton. Lovely property on a row of 6 semi's. Very private, perfect for the country lovers that still have to commute. Very sort after property area backs on to A442 main vein into Telford, Market Drayton etc. House surrounded by fields front and back. Lovely neighbours both sides , House is a good size with garage and two sheds in huge garden fenced with an apple tree! Huge front drive and garden big enough for 4 cars plus! Exchanging homes can be as easy and simple as it sounds. "keeping families together campaign". Like share and add your house details,the more the page grows the more success we all will have.

Can i exchange?? a common question that is easily answered:
All council and housing association tenants who hold a secure or assured tenancy have the right to mutual exchange or home swap. If you have a starter tenancy, a demotion order, an injuction, ASBO etc you will probably not be able to mutual exchange or home swap, you should check with your Landlord(could be 1 of a few for telford please if unsure messgae admin for info of accepting landlords to this scheme) to find o...ut what type of tenancy you have and if your are allowed to exchange.
Bear in mind that the place that you want to exchange with has to suit your needs. A landlord will not agree to an exchange if you will be overcrowded in your new home or if you will have more than one spare bedroom. But this in a few cases can be changed if for example your children will be sharing once again,but they have a extra back garden to express child behaviour.
You will also need a clear rent account when you are ready to swap homes.
In order to avoid disappointment you should check with house exchange then if needed advice will be given to who and a number will be provided to who to speak to.
