The inaugural Teme Leisure Aquathlon will take place on Sunday 21st February. Competitors will face a 400m indoor pool swim followed by a scenic 10k run (majority on tarmac) through the rolling countryside of South Shropshire through the shadows of Ludlow Castle and finishing within the grounds of the Leisure Centre.

Thank you to everyone who took part today. Hope you have warmed up and enjoyed it. Just a special mention to our fabulous marshals. Without you, we wouldn't be able to run the event so thank you for giving up your time. Other thanks to our fab sponsors, Wenlock Spring and Ludlow Farmshop very much appreciated. CAUTION...Please be aware Corve Street is due to be closed off on Sunday for re-surfacing, which means there may be more traffic than usual between Dinham bridge and Bromfield road (between kilometre markers 7 and 8 ) Extra marshals have been allocated within this area to ensure the safety of runners but please be particularly vigilant within this area

Massive thank you to Ludlow Farmshop - all 150 competitors will be in for a treat when they cross the finish line on Sunday thanks to the bakery at the Ludlow Farm Shop. You will see Ludlow Food Centre on the right during the run, as they are situated on the A49.
We also have to give them huge thanks for allowing us to use the Earl Of Plymouth Estate as part of our run route. Earl of Plymouth's Oakly Park Estate which extends to approximately 8,000 acres of Shropshire countryside.

***Junior Aquathlon at Teme Ludlow***Sat 18th May Teme Leisure is holding its Secondl 'The Next Generation' Junior Aquathlon based in the grounds of South Shropshire Leisure Centre. The event will see juniors swim in a heated indoor 25m pool before heading outside into transition and completing laps of a flat grass sports field.
The event is aimed at beginner and seasoned juniors with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment with all finishers being rewarded with a medal. * Afterno...on start*

Fab event.... my first ever multi event and couldn't have enjoyed it anymore! The run through the estate was lovely... Will defiantly be back next year and to all the other events in the diary!! Thanks
Brilliantly friendly event with great organisation and an incredibly beautiful run setting. The weather this year was the icing on the course... I mean cake!!! Recommended to all... very beginner friendly.
Brilliant set up, organisation of registration and the true spirit of a sporting event was second to none. Cake and crisps were very welcoming crossing the finish line. Thanks to everyone that put the hard graft in for making it run so smoothly. See you next year.
