At PKA Kickboxing we offer Safe, Practical and Fun sessions for everyone.
No matter your age, experience or fitness level, you will be able to start your kickboxing journey with us.
All new students are assumed to be beginners with no fitness levels (please don't be offended if this is not you) and from then on you will train at your own ability.
At PKA Cannock our classes are:
Tuesdays 6. 00 - 7. 00pm children ages 4 -11
Tuesdays 7. 00 - 8. 00pm adults ages 11 +

Christmas and New Year closing times: CANNOCK; last session Tuesday 18.12.18, reopen 08.01.19 BROWNHILLS; Wednesday session Wednesday 19.12.18 reopen 09.01.19 HEDNESFORD; last session Saturday 15.12.18 reopen 05.01.19. There will be unlimited training across all clubs during January 2019.

What an amazing weekend across the temple family. From black belt exams to Fight Night 8 we are still catching our breath. We are so so proud of all of our students who were in action either grading or fighting. Here are a few photos from Saturday night....videos to follow! Congratulations to ALL of those who took to the mats on Saturday. What a fantastic evening with some spectacular battles. The standard we're producing as a group is great. And thanks to those who came to support friends and family, we couldn't run these events without you!
