Christmas and New Year closing times: Tamworth - QEMS; last session Monday 17.12.18, reopen Monday 07.01.19. AMINGTON; THURSDAYS last session 20.12.18, reopen 10.01.18 SATURDAYS 15.12.18 reopen 05.01.19. There will be unlimited training across all clubs during January 2019.

What an amazing weekend across the temple family. From black belt exams to Fight Night 8 we are still catching our breath. We are so so proud of all of our students who were in action either grading or fighting. Here are a few photos from Saturday night....videos to follow! And thanks to those who came to support friends and family, we couldn't run these events without you!

I really enjoy pka kickboxing at laude forte amington,i am registered blind with arthritis in my spine and they were still willing to work with me,and now since 8th feb 2018 i earned my red belt,come on guys if your really interested then come and have ago.

Great classes with a great instructor! Great way to keep fit, learn some new skills and have some fun whilst doing it
