Was taken aback yesterday by the amazing kindness and customer service from one "Tracy". I bought some milk and when placing it in the car boot with my other items it spilled everywhere in my boot because it wasn't sealed properly. I went inside to change the milk carton and "Tracy" did not only assist me with that she got cleaning towels and some cleaning spray, came outside and insisted on cleaning the boot for me where the milk spilt.

Amazing! Thank you Tracy!

User

Thank you to the lovely lady on Till 16 this evening who made my daughters day by letting her sit on the till and scan most of our shopping.

User

Thank you thank you thank you for improving the free from section and allowing me to eat food like a normal person!! I couldn't believe the range and size of the display yesterday, loads of new products, food I haven't eaten for over 20 years, I was like a kid in a sweet shop! Brilliant job

User

Shopped in Tesco Extra in Telford yesterday (18th) and just wanted to comment on how impressed we were by customer service especially from Janice on checkout 20. Above and beyond! Can't be easy at this time of year.

User

Just want to say how impressed my friend and I were today when we came into your store and was offered free fruit for our two kiddies! Not only that but the man on the door also went out and got us a double trolley to put the children in so they could eat their fruit! Fantastic service ☺️

User

I love shopping at Tesco, customer service is 100% and price is fantastic... however.... I have purchased an oral-b 5800 today (Sunday) after my previous one has had problems and now I've just come to brush my teeth, I am finding that it has a 2 pin plug... I only have 3 pin plug sockets in my home, as I would presume most other people in the U.K would have. Not Tesco fault but frustrating none the less.

Hi, i used your petrol station today and when i returned to the car it wouldn't start. I went back in-store and let the cashier know I would be pushing the vehicle off the forecourt as it was obstructing other drivers and would move it by the gas and air machine. The cashier who I forgot to ask her name was remarkably helpful and offered to help me move the car. I stated that id be okay and continued with moving the vehicle on my own. I had my two daughters with me and the situation was unexpected and stressful. Once I had moved the vehicle the cashier then came out and kindly offered to help by driving her car and jump starting mine. Unfortunately it didn't work and i had to contact the RAC. I would just like to thank the lady for being so helpful and if possible would like to find out who it was who helped me. What a lovley person you have working at your garage

I've been shopping at Tesco for 18 years and can't fault the shop but i do find the Isles are always blocked by cages and the picker carts there where 4 pickers in one Isle and none of the pickers have manners just stop you to get there items or stand there chatting. I'm not against socialising at work but there are better times to do it sometimes. The till staff are always wounderful and polite the do the store proud but i think there customer service skills need to be rolled out across the store.

Having shopped at Asda for many years, have started doing the majority of my buying of groceries at Tesco (either telford or shrews). Can’t fault them really. Always have a good variety and the staff are always very pleasant. My only gripe is that it does appear to take an awfully long time to get off the retail park when finishing. Took over an hour and a half yesterday, which may have had something to do with the weather and people panic buying. Saying that the overall layout is terrible which can’t be blamed o Tesco

User

Found a fruit basket for kids for free but the fruits were rotten. And the poster shows an African child, which I think it is not fair.

Can't believe Tesco's have started to add extra plastic to their packaging for the fresh Tomatoes

Getting worse. Standards slipping, gaps everywhere, too many staff simply don't give you the time of day and often more interested in talking too each other than serving you, home shopping pickers often just walk in front of you, I know they have a lot to do in a short time frame but as far as I'm concerned customers in store take priority, and in any case simple politeness costs nothing. Been shopping with you for 2 years now since moving to Telford, had I rated you 2 years ago you would have got a 5, you need to start improving, there are 2 Asda, a Sainsvury's and a Morrisons all witching 5 minutes drive!

User

Went to local tesco to pick up some bits and bobs and headed to the sale section in the bakery. I managed to get 6 crossiants for 75p..... in a really thick plastic box?? Considering the state of our planet im sure a recyclable paper bag could have been used?! Come on Tesco sort it out!

User

I will never shop at this store ever on January 2 a tesco van used my drive to use as a turning point the driver hit my gate post causing damage he never stopped to tell me it was only by luck he was seen and the redg taken I have called the store and head office several times a lovely lady came out took photos of damage and I have hured nothing since its now 3 months on disgraceful tesco you should be ashamed
