wick store so much better than the Kirkwall store

Yes I was at Tesco yesterday , shopping good however cafe was really bad . I was at the serving counter and gave my order to the woman . It was sausage and chips.Bacon with a roll . There was a few men behind me and she asked me to move forward for my drinks . I had noticed that there were only two large sausages and some bacon left. As I was ordering my drinks the same women came to me and said I had to wait as more food was getting cooked. I looked to my left only to see that she had served the men with what I had ordered. I said to her why have you sold the food I ordered to people that was behind me . She just looked at me and walked away .. really not good enough .i for one would never use that cafe again . I called the store when I got home but cafe manager is on holiday and nothing can be done until she returned next week ..

Thank you lovely customer service people of Tesco, Wick... cafe was closed and when I asked if the girls knew where I might get a coffee at 4.45pm on Sunday in Wick one of them went to see if she could get me a take away coffee from the cafe. She couldn't get this so she took one of their paper cups and made me one from their staff canteen, then to top if off she wouldn't accept any payment! As a visitor to Wick because my mother has had an operation and I'm having to drive from Tain daily, this really was a welcome service. Also a big thank you must go to Margaret, in the cafe, for her friendly conversation on the days I came to the cafe outwith visiting hours at the hospital.

It's a big tesco what else can I say it sells food , clothes and home goods , it had checkouts and a cafe and the staff wear blue uniforms

I liked tesco ,wick,because all the lady staff are quite sexy looking,

self service tills are a pure disgrace!!!! scanning your items and they freeze up on you. and the staff who should maintain them. our if the red light is flashing because its taking a hissy fit you wait there for around 10 mins before someone sees you because they do this stupid thing where they run of up to other end of the store making there self look busy. I know who that person is.



fruit and veg is another joke. never seen fruit and veg go off there fast. what the hell is going on there.....

The toilets at Bursledon Towers are a health jazzers I’ve sent you photos !
