You are so Lucky too have a place like the 2-Tone Village.
Wished we had something like that in Holland.
Keep up the Good work.
What an AMAZING couple of days spent at The 2 Tone village. Starting with dinner Saturday in the 2 tone cafe, very nice food, fab prices and excellent service. Then, a live singer, Danny Ansell - what a powerful voice, followed by the Kubricks a modern Ska band, who were brilliant. Cheap beer in the Knights bar kept the party spirit up. Then Day 2 began with a really tasty breakfast followed by a tour of the Coventry Music Museum. Small but full to the brim with stuff from my youth and before!. Then time to browse the clothing and memorabilia shops. Be prepared to want to spend, spend, spend. The staff were AWESOME, like long lost friends. It felt like coming home.
We visited Coventry for the Vespa Club of Britain AGM and decided we couldn't leave Coventry without a visit. It was like taking a step back into our teenage years. The museum was very interesting and well worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too.
Very good interesting staff realy helpfull and a very good breakfast in the cafe
The village is a great place to Go and chill and unwind the people are very friendly and there is plenty of things to c to do with 2 tone and cost the music museum lovely atmosphere.
Really friendly staff absolutely loved my visit full of information plenty of exhibits to see great place
My wife and I absolutely loved coming over to the 2 tone yesterday morning . A little difficult to find somewhere to park would be my only gripe. The music museum was amazing as are the staff that work there. Love the way they make time to come and talk to you and show you round and even get you involved in having some fun pictures taken . Big madness fan so loved the madness exhibit. Voting for our favourite two record was good fun too .The specials, selecter and the best amongst overs are fantastic too. We spent some time in the clothes shop again the lady was absolutely lovely and so friendly . We finished off with having a smashing breakfast in the two tone cafe . All in all I'd recommend to anyone to make a visit . Will definitely love to come back and check out the music venue and see some gigs etc . Big thanks to all at 2 tone village keep up the good work
Love the place as it brings people from all walks of life together.....we have made so many new friends.....fantastic atmosphere and The Knights - owners of the bar, café and restaurant are the most beautiful people you can ever meet....as well as Pete Chambers @ The Coventry Music Museum which is a 'must' to pay a visit and Sukhy Singh with his amazing Memorabilia shop and there is also a fantastic clothes shop whose name I have forgotten Sorry xx
It's in those quiet little places, that you will find the salt of the earth people who make you feel right at home. The 2-Tone Village sure feels like Home.
If your a 2Tone fan this place is a must visit place. What a great collection of memorabilia, and a great place for shopping also. Had breakfast at the cafe highly recommend the Jerk Sausages. The staff at the museum were very knowledgeable and friendly.
Had a brilliant day at the village. Took me back a few years walking around the museum! Can’t say how many tho! Volunteer staff were amazing and took their time showing us around. Great charity fundraiser as well! Well done Madchat and Two tone villiage staff! Food was amazing in the cafe. I recommend the Mutton curry, rice and peas!
