This is a lovely pub I which has been refurbished to a high standard. It is situated in beautiful countryside and so is ideal for walkers. Delicious food and a good variety on the menu including a light lunch menu, ideal for those who want something less substantial. We will definitely return.

Thankyou for the fabulous food you provided for my party with nearly 60 guests. Everyone commented very positively on the venue. The staff were very helpful indeed. A great afternoon and evening.

On 9th June we held our smallish wedding reception for 40 at the Admiral Rodney and we could not have asked for a more perfect day.

We held the wedding breakfast in the Skittle alley behind the main building which has been recently renovated/rebuilt to a very high standard and is beautifully decorated. The meal was as we expected superb - wonderfully cooked, perfectly portioned and served without rushing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful from start to finish, with many positive comments from our guests!

Our immediate family also stayed the entire weekend in the hotel, everyone was very pleased with the high standard of their rooms and the breakfast selection that was offered.

The team were very flexible with our planning and expectations for the structure of the day, a little different for our Dutch/English wedding. Compliments to Andrew and his team for all their hard work and efforts!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for my birthday a couple of weeks back, it was such a change to meet staff where nothing was too much trouble. The room was impeccable and no expense has been spared, the owners seem to have thought of everything, we arrived late but were told straight away that the restaurant would be more than happy to accommodate us, the food was delicious and also reasonably priced. Overall a perfect stay and will will definitely be back

Had lunch yesterday at The Admiral Rodney to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Super food, excellent service by Emily. Two lovely little touches were Happy Birthday spelt out with Scrabble tiles and a beautifully decorated plate produced by the chef using piped chocolate. Can definitely recommend this pub!

Had a special birthday meal for my partner with friends last night and wanted to say thank you for excellent service and food from start to finish. Lovely table upstairs , thoroughly enjoyed all the meal , freshly cooked and plenty of it. We will be back !

A cosy little find, in the heart of the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. The food was beautifully presented & is easily on a par with any Michelin star restaurant! All served by friendly & welcoming staff! Can't wait to return.
