The fun continued with outdoor barbeque in the evening – the perfect choice for a Summer’s night – and dancing to the sounds of live ba​nd Up The Tempo It has been wonderful to help Suzanne & Phil plan their wedding and to host such a special day. They are two of the most down to earth people you could ever meet and they truly made their wedding their own. With a twist on tradition, guests were also treated to a delicious cheese cake to fuel the evening fun. Emma & Jason are two of the nicest people you could meet and it has been an absolute pleasure to help plan their wedding day. Massive congratulations to Kyle and Bethan aka the new Mr. and Mrs. Krzowski who got married with us on Sunday 12th August. Surrounded by their closest family & friends, Kyle & Bethan married in a touching ceremony followed by a wedding reception themed after one of the couple’s favourite films, Labyrinth. Designed by Kyle & Beth themselves, beautiful blossom trees adorned the tables with trinkets hanging off including clocks, orbs and fairies. To add to the theme Ring on a W...ing Ltd provided Molly – a gorgeous white barn owl - to fly the wedding rings down the aisle and then followed with a falconry display during the drinks reception to entertain guests. After enjoying drinks, guests dined on a 3 course meal before listening to some great speeches. Breaking slightly from tradition Beth decided to do a speech - which sorry to say boys – outshone them all. 😊 Fun continued into the evening with more food, drinking and dancing to tunes by our resident DJ. A wonderful day from start to finish, it has been an honour to help these two with their special day. We are wishing you both the best for your future lives together as Mr. & Mrs. Krzowski!

A huge congratulations to Donna and Richard aka the new Mr. & Mrs. Pierpoint who celebrated their wedding with us on Sunday 5th August. After marrying at Holy Michael Archangel Church in Aston-by-Stone, Donna & Rich joined us along with their closest family and friends for their rustic floral themed wedding reception styled by Elegant Affair. Although we didn’t get to see them get married, we were privileged to get a sneak peek of Donna before the wedding as she got ready in ...our bridal room before heading to church. And wow did she look beautiful in her strapless lace dress! Rich – you are one lucky man! After arriving from the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks on the decking before listening to some great speeches and dining on a 3 course meal. The general theme of the speeches was the same in that after 11 years together, it was about time that this day finally happened and we are so grateful we got to play a part in it. The fun continued into the evening with drinking, more food and of course plenty of dancing with tunes by our resident DJ. Donna & Rich’s amazing family & friends were wonderful to host; they had all of us feeling like we were a true part of the celebration. It is evident that these two are clearly the happiest when they are together and it was an absolute pleasure to help them with their wedding day. Massive congratulations to Tom and Tamsin aka the new Mr and Mrs Hall who celebrated their wedding with us on Friday 3rd August. After marrying at Swanbank Church in Burslem, Tom & Tam joined us along with their family and friends for their travel themed wedding reception. Guests enjoyed drinks on the decking before being treated to a 3 course wedding breakfast. A nod to how they got engaged was seen in the top table which aptly took inspiration from the city of Paris includi...ng the book Tom used to propose to Tam taking pride of place in the centre. After the food, came the main event – the speeches. We can’t remember the last time we had a room not only howling with laughter but with mouths open in complete shock. Although we must give props to Father of the bride Tony, Tam’s sisters Phoebe & George, and groom Tom himself, the award for greatest speech most definitely goes to best man Chris! Using Tom’s ‘obsession’ with whistle lollies (we still don’t understand how someone can be so good at playing those!) to weave a narrative throughout his speech, the one part we will never forget is when he spilled the beans that unbeknownst to Tom the one story that he has told everyone for almost 20 years is in fact a lie! Tom’s parents let Chris in on a little secret that they lied to Tom and told him that Paul Chuckle from the Chuckle Brothers attended his 3rd birthday party when in fact it was a lookalike. Of course Chris used his best man’s speech as the perfect opportunity to tell Tom this juicy little secret to the gasps and rapturous applause of the audience who all heard Tom’s story of how Paul Chuckle helped him celebrate his birthday. Needless to say, we don’t think he’ll be telling anyone else that story from now on 😂🤣. Fun continued to ensue with photobooth antics by Snapix Photo Booths and dancing all night to the sounds of tunes by our resident DJ. It has been a pleasure to help these two with their special day and we are wishing you both all the best for your future lives together as husband and wife!

"Dilly Dilly!" and a massive congratulations to Carla and Mark aka the new Mr. & Mrs. Talbot who got married with us on Saturday 28th July. Carla and Mark married in an emotional ceremony followed by a rustic themed wedding reception. Carla was simply breath-taking in her elegant lace detailed dress and Mark scrubbed up quite well himself; however, their little boy Jack nearly stole the show when he not only walked down the aisle looking like a little prince, but held a sign ...saying “Daddy Wait Until You See Mummy!” that had all of us aglow with heart eyes. 😍 Despite a fluctuating weather forecast, the sun broke through the rain allowing guests to enjoy time outside before dining on a 2 course traditional roast wedding breakfast. The fun continued into the evening with a dancefloor full with tunes by the DJ. Carla & Mark have been together for 10 years and although marriage has been a topic of conversation for a while, it wasn’t until May 2016 that the date was finally set. Needless to say, this was a very special day for all of their friends and family to finally witness them tie the knot! 💙 It has been an absolute pleasure working with these two to help their wedding day dreams come true. We are wishing you both all the best for this new chapter in your lives together!

After marrying in Gran Canaria a few days before, Aimee & Brynn joined us for their UK celebration surrounded by their nearest and dearest. Aimee & Brynn ensured that their guests felt like they had been with them abroad with decorations echoing the same pale blue scheme from the ceremony and tables filled with pictures from the big day itself. Entertainment was provided by Finishing To...uches Wedding Hire with their ‘magic mirror’ photobooth and dancefloor tunes by the couple’s chosen DJ Brandon. Congratulations to Hannah & Aaron aka the new Mr. and Mrs. Hikin who tied the knot with us on Friday 27th July. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Hannah & Aaron married in a beautiful outside ceremony followed by a glam themed wedding reception. Hannah’s students surprised her with a homemade ‘lucky horseshoe’ decorated in their photos proudly displayed in the entrance way and ‘marriage advice books’. Potentially our favourite piece of advice for a successful ma...rriage being ‘buy a dog’. The 9 year olds know. 😂🤣 Guests made the most of the summer sun with drinks outside followed by a 3 course wedding breakfast and speeches. The party continued with photobooth fun provided by Premier Photo Booths UK and tunes by our resident DJ. We knew Hannah & Aaron were the epitomy of true love when Hannah dropped off their decorations the day before the wedding. When we started unboxing the glitter centrepieces, Hannah informed us that Aaron actually suffers from ‘sparklophobia’ i.e. the fear of glitter. He won’t even buy a card that has glitter on it. So when we asked how she managed to convince him to have potentially the sparkliest wedding we’ve ever seen, she just looked at us with a smile and said, “He told me I could have what I wanted.” If that isn’t love, we don’t know what is! It has been an absolute pleasure to help Hannah & Aaron with their special day. To see their beaming smiles made our week. We are wishing you both all the best for your future lives together.

After Ricky’s 5th phone call to his sister who was getting ready in our bridal room with Sadie and the rest of the bridesmaids, we got concerned so asked if he was ok. She turned to us and said, “I’ve never known a groom to be so involved in a wedding. He’s nervous because he wants to make sure everything is perfect for Sadie. He wants her to have the day of her dreams!” Well we hope you both did because you deserve it! You are both gorgeous on the outside and even more so on the inside. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Lyndsey and Darren wed in a touching outdoor ceremony followed by a vintage afternoon tea themed wedding reception. China teapots filled with flowers were set off by vintage crockery adorning the tables provided by Agatha's Tea Party. To complete the theme tea & jam favours were gifted to guests and the wedding ...cake was an amazing giant French Fancy made by one of the bride’s friends. Guests made the most of the sunshine with drinks outside before enjoying an afternoon tea wedding breakfast. The fun continued with photobooth antics in the evening and dancing with tunes by our resident DJ. Lyndsey and Darren have been together for 14 years and although marriage has been a topic of conversation for a while, especially after their children Dexter and Avarey came along, it wasn’t until October 2016 that the date was finally set. Needless to say, this was a very special day for all of their friends and family to finally witness them tie the knot! 💙 It has been an absolute pleasure working with these two to help their wedding day dreams come true. We will miss our coffee mornings that started off as all “business” and then rapidly descended into conversations completely off topic that had us wishing we could sit and chat to them all day. Well what an absolutely amazing place! My Wife and I (it still sounds weird saying that) had our wedding reception here 2 weeks ago. (Sorry for the late review).From the very beginning we fell in love with the place. It’s simply stunning inside and out. Nicki the general manager was brilliant from the beginning to the end with planning, ideas and support. She coped great with me and as my wife calls it ‘groomzilla’ �. All the staff on the day were amazing. Accommodating and professional throughout. The venue looked simply stunning and we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you so so much for helping give us the best day of our life’s and one we will never forget. Tom & Nikki, the new Mr & Mrs Owen!!

We booked the Boathouse for my dad’s 60th birthday and could not fault the service we received from start to end. The event was well organised and there was always someone available to answer our many queries. They put us in touch with other great entertainers, including a magician, singer and DJ. On the night, we were really impressed with the food and the bar service. Overall, an excellent night and we will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We booked The Boat House nearly 2 year before our wedding thia May. Nicki was amazing...no query was too small or too silly.

As the day got closer they were amazing at keeping in contact making sure we were happy with everything and all the things you had forgotten were covered.

They set up the venue just how I had imagined it with all my homemade decorations and made sure everything ran smoothly.

We could not of asked for a better day. The team were all amazing and always smiling.

Just an amazing place to be...cant beat the feeling you get when you walk in there or see the sunset through the double doors.

We booked The Boat House for our wedding in May 2018. We booked it 18 months in advance to plan and organise everything. Aishah and the whole team at Aston Marina were absolutely fab from start to finish! They made what could have been stressful process very relaxed and enjoyable!

Our day went perfectly and everything went to plan, all of our personal touches were put in place as we requested and nothing was too much trouble!

All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and the food was also great!!

Stafford Netball Club booked The Boat House for our annual awards evening and the organisation beforehand from Aishah and team was faultless. On the evening, it was perfect from the start to finish. Thank you to all of the staff for their hard work that made our awards evening a success. We have received lots of lovely messages from our players and guests which is a credit to your venue and staff.

So finally our wedding at Aston Marina has been and gone, and what an amazing, special and perfect day it was!

Aishah, Nikki, Rebecca and Chloe, along side the small army of staff they have were just amazing. Aishah and Nikki especially, they were there every step of the way. Supporting and helping us where we needed, ensuring any request we had was not a problem and on top of all that making us feel like we were so so special and were excited as us about our big day. On the day I’m sure they never stopped, from calming my husbands nerves, ensuring guests behaved and arranging different vendors as they attended the wedding. The day ran perfectly without anyone having to do anything, it was all done for us!

Finally I need to mention just how amazing the boat house actually is. Words cannot do it justice. It’s a truly special place we are so happy and privileged to have had our wedding here! All of our guests were impressed beyond a doubt and compliments from how tasty the food is, the service to just the whole look of the building.

Overall, Aston Marina The boat house along with all the staff there is just perfect beyond any doubt!

Yesterday was my first wedding at this beautiful venue. I dressed it with flowers inside and out and it looked stunning. What amazing views. The place was spotlessly clean, immaculate inside and out. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful, which, as a supplier is not always the experience we get in some venues. Been to a few events here and have never been disappointed. Attended the Take That tribute night recently - fantastic night. Service and quality of food were both excellent. We booked the Boathouse for my dad’s 60th birthday and could not fault the service we received from start to end. The event was well organised and there was always someone available to answer our many queries. They put us in touch with other great entertainers, including a magician, singer and DJ. On the night, we were really impressed with the food and the bar service. Overall, an excellent night and we will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We booked The Boat House nearly 2 year before our wedding thia May. Nicki was amazing...no query was too small or too silly.

As the day got closer they were amazing at keeping in contact making sure we were happy with everything and all the things you had forgotten were covered.

They set up the venue just how I had imagined it with all my homemade decorations and made sure everything ran smoothly.

We could not of asked for a better day. The team were all amazing and always smiling.

Just an amazing place to be...cant beat the feeling you get when you walk in there or see the sunset through the double doors.

We booked The Boat House for our wedding in May 2018. We booked it 18 months in advance to plan and organise everything. Aishah and the whole team at Aston Marina were absolutely fab from start to finish! They made what could have been stressful process very relaxed and enjoyable!

Our day went perfectly and everything went to plan, all of our personal touches were put in place as we requested and nothing was too much trouble!

All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and the food was also great!!

Stafford Netball Club booked The Boat House for our annual awards evening and the organisation beforehand from Aishah and team was faultless. On the evening, it was perfect from the start to finish. Thank you to all of the staff for their hard work that made our awards evening a success. We have received lots of lovely messages from our players and guests which is a credit to your venue and staff.

So finally our wedding at Aston Marina has been and gone, and what an amazing, special and perfect day it was!

Aishah, Nikki, Rebecca and Chloe, along side the small army of staff they have were just amazing. Aishah and Nikki especially, they were there every step of the way. Supporting and helping us where we needed, ensuring any request we had was not a problem and on top of all that making us feel like we were so so special and were excited as us about our big day. On the day I’m sure they never stopped, from calming my husbands nerves, ensuring guests behaved and arranging different vendors as they attended the wedding. The day ran perfectly without anyone having to do anything, it was all done for us!

Finally I need to mention just how amazing the boat house actually is. Words cannot do it justice. It’s a truly special place we are so happy and privileged to have had our wedding here! All of our guests were impressed beyond a doubt and compliments from how tasty the food is, the service to just the whole look of the building.

Overall, Aston Marina The boat house along with all the staff there is just perfect beyond any doubt!

Yesterday was my first wedding at this beautiful venue. I dressed it with flowers inside and out and it looked stunning. What amazing views. The place was spotlessly clean, immaculate inside and out. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful, which, as a supplier is not always the experience we get in some venues. I run a group called Burntwood Brides 2B and will definitely be recommending this lovely venue to my engaged couples. Our wedding was on 26th May 2018 and the day was perfect from start to finish! The venue is absolutely stunning: pretty, modern and is nestled next to the gorgeous marina. Aishah and the team are so friendly and hard working, nothing is too much trouble. Aishah made planning our dream wedding easy and organised the day so that it ran smoothly and without stress! Been to a few events here and have never been disappointed. Attended the Take That tribute night recently - fantastic night. Service and quality of food were both excellent. Setting very picturesque so perfect as a wedding venue. Would definitely recommend and attend other events. Keep up the good work.

After booking our wedding 2 years in advance, our day finally came a few weeks ago, May 2018, and it was perfect! The whole team were great in the lead up to the wedding, and on the day itself, dressing the venue beautifully and making sure everything ran smoothly. We had so many comments on how amazing the venue and the surrounding grounds were. We had a bbq in the day and fish and chips in the evening, and the food was outstanding! Everyone loved it and it was excellent value for money. Our day was perfect, exactly how we imagined it, and we couldn't thank Aston marina and the team enough!

Well what an absolutely amazing place! My Wife and I (it still sounds weird saying that) had our wedding reception here 2 weeks ago. (Sorry for the late review).From the very beginning we fell in love with the place. It’s simply stunning inside and out. Nicki the general manager was brilliant from the beginning to the end with planning, ideas and support. She coped great with me and as my wife calls it ‘groomzilla’ �. We had our wedding here on 23.3.18 and it was the most perfect day � the venue was absolutely beautiful and all our guests loved it!
