The Centre for Housing and Support offers Apprenticeships, Training and Qualification courses for professionals in Housing-related Support across the UK.

The Centre for Housing and Support (CHS) provides training and qualification opportunities to professionals involved in Sheltered and Supported Housing and Housing Support services.

The CHS offers nationally recognised Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications validated by the Chartered Institute of Housing and City & Guilds, plus our flagship course, the Foundation Degree in Housing with Support validated by the University of Plymouth.

CHS qualification courses include: Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in Housing; Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Qualification Courses in Housing Practice; The Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Homeless People; A qualification in Supporting the Mental Health and Wellbeing of Older People and Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Assistive Technology and Telecare.

The CHS Service Excellence Standards is an independent quality award for organisations and services providing support to a variety of different client groups in any setting; the aim being to improve the quality of their lives and to help them remain independent in a home of their choice.

We also provide In-house Training courses and also offer Consultancy services and the CHS Membership scheme.
