We have some newbies appearing on the menu for our vegan tapas night this coming Thursday including CAKE!
These are hazelnut and dulce de leche and chocolate, chestnut and spiced rum cakes. Plus we have a spicy chickpea, pepper + black olive Andalusian stew. Muy bien!

Following the phenomenal success of our first Vegan Tapas Night, we'll be holding another on Thursday 29th March! Do let us know if you plan on coming so that we know how much to cook! Thank you!

We found this quirky cafe right in the middle of Stourbridge town today!

From the minute you walk in you realise its a funky place and a little bit different.

It's spacious with lots of tables and decorated in a modern way but with a homely feel!

The atmosphere was great and had an awesome vibe!

In terms of food and drink, they had a whole lunch menu for Vegans including wraps and sandwichs!

I opted for a peppermint tea and a slice of Vegan Peanut Butter and Jelly Cake and my bestie had the same cake with a soya americano! ( almond milk also available!)

Price wise I paid around £5.50 for mine and the cake was lush! I loved how my peppermint tea came with a little sand timer so I knew when it was ready �

Customer service wise the lady who served us was upbeat and friendly and service was quick with a smile!

I would defo recommend and will be back to try more vegan delights! The hot hot hot chilli chocolate caught my eye!

Only thing that could be better is sugar free syrup for coffees

There are a lot of things to love about the Chem Cafe: the friendly staff, use of local produce, and good quality food. Plus, the soundtrack is ace. Just today we went from Scott Walker, to the Pet Shop Boys, and then the theme from Airwolf. Make it a New Year’s resolution to visit this brilliant place!

The vegan options were good, the food came quickly, and was nice and hot. Staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely return!

The best pot of tea in Stourbridge and the best vegan cake that I ever tasted. The cherry bakewell cake that I had today was second to none. Thank you, The Chemistry Cafe, I travel from Rubery just to sample your tea and cake.

Quality place. Went in on a whim today. What struck me was the wide age range of people in there. I think older people can get put off if a place looks too hip/trendy and vice versa. Really friendly atmosphere. Struck a good balance that is suitable for everyone!

Love the Chemistry Café. It was our third vegan tapas night last night and the food was really great, staff friendly and a lovely atmosphere. Have had breakfast and lunch there before as well. Was a fan of Coffee Collective but Chemistry Café as definitely upped the bar.

I went to this lovely cafe today and had a vegan breakfast and then cherry bakewell vegan cake to take home and all of it was delicious. Will definitely be returning

I had the bagel with cashew cream cheese and avacado with siriacha sauce. Absolutely incredible. I'd love to have the recipe to the cream cheese �

Had an amazing vegan lunch after the park here today. So cozy and the staff are lovely. Def will be back ���

Came here this morning after seeing it on the BCV forum as was meeting a non-vegan friend in Stourbridge and was SO IMPRESSED! Good selection of food on the menu and three vegan cakes to choose from. Opted for the vegan breakfast which was delicious and fairly priced. My omni friend even tried my sausages and tofu and enjoyed them. Had the Rhubarb and Custard Cake to take away for afters and it was like heaven on a fork, so beautifully moist :-) Only regret is that I didn't realise beforehand that it is dog friendly! Really nicely done out, lovely courtyard, lovely food, will definitely be returning :-)

Enjoyed a lovely lunch in the courtyard today, really loved the vegan raspberry and coconut cake!

Cakes are delicious and the lunch menu is good. You can't have the lunch menu until 1pm though which is a bit annoying if you don't fancy breakfast just before that. My friend had the one before the English breakfast but she got nearly half a loaf of toast, one small sausage & half a mushroom. That was a bit rubbish but the scrambled eggs with Salmon was value for money & tasty. It's a nice spacious cafe.

Nice flavour flat white but took 15 minutes from order to getting it.. and that only after I asked again

Sadly it was very cool .. sorry but much better cofffee ships in Stourbridge.. first and last visit I’m afraid

The coffee took 15 minutes to arrive! we waited over 30 minutes for scrambled egg on toast, when I asked the waitress why she responded with ‘it’s not my fault I’m not cooking it’. We had a refund for our food and left. Nice place lovely coffee but shockingly slow service and rude staff.
