Happy Beer Day everyone! Join us this evening for a beer and football to celebrate. ¤Ź║¤Ź║¤Ź║¤Ź║¤Ź║¤Ź║
We were over from Leros, Greece for a big get together. Lex reserved an area for us to watch the Wolves game and it was brilliant. Great beer and atmosphere. I worked for Banks's/Marston's for 32 years and was proud to see the 'refurbished' Clarendon. Keep up the good work to the Manager and team. We will see you next year.

Shows the football and is close by and does a decent pint. All my boxes ticked.
Myself and a group always go on match days we travel from Manchester always a great atmosphere with great staff would definitely recommend this place
Loved it. So clean and modern. Loved the range of beers available. The outside area is great. Parking was a pain but it wouldnt stop me going there. We saw the replicas (fab) and the music played after was great. No negatives. All positives. Will deffo be going there again. Didnt try food but menu looked great. 10/10.
Just tried something off the new menu and it was absolutely gorgeous! My partner had the sirloin and I had a Brinner and couldn't fault it. We always enjoy the food here and as a result, we are regulars! Brilliant place!
Great pub this, relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a good selection of well kept beers as you would expect from the brewery (Banks) tap...
Great pub & even better staff that always give me a wonderful welcome & offer great customer care above & beyond their duty.
Good staff, very good and lots beer, very good steaks. I love it.
Easily become one of my favourite pubs in Wolverhampton. My partner loves the range of beers available and the new menu is awesome! Strongly recommend the Two Way Thai Chicken burger btw! The manager is a relaxed, lovely guy who always greets us with a smile on arrival.
I'm looking forward to having my party here, I know the hard working staff won't disappoint.
Wonderful pub, wonderful staff, wonderful food... Can it get anymore wonderful?! Ōś║
Brilliant change to the place xx made it so much more inviting great singers great staff and great service xx would recommend it
Best pint in wolverhampton. Great atmosphere, many things, to many people. Serves particularly well as a great local to drop in after a long day. Foods damn good too.
Been in twice before on this occasion we had something to eat sweet potato jacket well worth the visit
Well impressed with the new modern look, liked the look of the food menu, nothing too exciting, there again nothing too expensive either, will definitely spending more time there, having been a customer for many, many years, gonna try the open mic night, enjoyed the Golden Ale, prices were better than other pubs in this area.
DonŌĆÖt pop here very often cos thereŌĆÖs so much choice in n around Wolvo area but each time we do call in we always say how much we DO like visiting this gr8 pub/hotel ¤Ź╗¤Ź╗¤Ź╗¤Ź╗
Completely transformed. Good selection of real ales and I like the raised seating. Don't know if I'm over keen on the menu though unless you like your Burgers. Overall great for a drink and comfortable.
Wasn't impressed, some of the staff need to smile even if there not enjoying the job, a customer complained they had waited 45 mins for food reply was were busy yet at times the bar was empty, the mild was average at best and a pint of bombardier a friend had tasted like vinager changed it but pretty sure barrel wasn't changed or took off.was thinking of going in to watch six nations games looking elsewhere now.
Pub nice. Nice patrons. Nice atmosphere but meal absolutely terrible. Hardly any food on plate and when questioned staff about lack of food on plate, the response was "blame
Marstons" and their standard servings now. Only few chips on plate and the coleslaw was less than fork's worth. Wont be eating there again.
This was our third visit since they had their refit and to be honest I was so disappointed. We went in on Friday around five and after settling down with a drink we had to move due to a family party. The bar was very busy because of the football and we had to endure loud volume on the tv and even louder with men shouting at the football. At the other end of the bar you had screaming children very young children I may add. The bar staff should learn to smile or at least pretend they enjoy their job. It's such a beautiful bar but sadly it's more geared towards football and private party's that bring there own food.
Since the best member of their staff was poached by myself for my business, the whole customer service has gone down! The manager is rarely there and when he is he is not interested in hearing your views as a customer! When he is not too busy his opinions are biased to say the least. We are a local company wanting to drink in our local pub but it has been made very difficult, if not by tonight's words from the manager mark, impossible!!! We had many scheduled drinks arranged at this establishment but in the mangers marks words..... If you think money interests me your wrong!!!!!! Clearly these nites and this money won't be spent here!.... Just to add, the manager and assistant manager feel that dealing with strong racial abuse, to which my colleagues made an official complaint about was to be brought up In his issues with me an was ultimately the reason I was barred! This establishment has lost the respect to anyone that has a voice, even tonight when I was barred the manager saying he was too busy to explain the reason why!
