What a fantastic summer! Such wonderful weather which many of you enjoyed on our patio. The restaurant and Sabrina Suite were also very busy, and we thank you all for your custom. This year we are closing the restaurant Christmas Day and Boxing Day giving all our staff some family time. We will open our Bar both days for a few hours 11.30 till 2pm to serve drinks. There is still some limited availability for Festive Parties and New Years Eve, telephone the team for more infor...mation. To say a big thank you for your continued support we have attached a voucher. It is valid Monday to Friday during October and is intended to stop you going in to hibernation too early! 20% off your entire bill is worth leaving the house for. We really do hope we can assist or welcome you soon.

Stopped by for Sunday lunch (already turned away from another pub that was fully booked despite having several empty tables😤) the restaurant here was rammed but they said we could sit in the bar area. We were well looked after, offered more veg. Food was delicious and arrived quickly. Staff were lovely. Would definitely go back

Sitting on the decking having a catch up with a friend. Nothing better!

Beautiful scenery, music was very feel good, staff were lovely & puddings were AMAZING!

Our group was 21 people and so we had preordered our meals. There were 4 staff serving our food and all the courses came out quickly and together. The choice of vegetables was very good and the roasties were, well, so good! The portions were very generous.

3 of our group had the vegetarian option and we all agreed it was the most delicious individual homemade pie ever.

The desserts were amazing and not to be missed, they rounded off a really lovely meal.

It’s a lovely setting, friendly helpful staff. Going back in the nice weather to sit outside and admire the view.

Just had lovely meal here. Great setting, friendly , welcoming, attentive , professional staff and food was terrific. (And the staff loved my aftershave ) so def a 5 !!

I travel for business and booked a superior, double room at a very reasonable price. Room was excellent and spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would however have liked more shelf space for toiletries in the bathroom.

I had both dinner and breakfast and there was a good choice on the menus for both. Service was efficient and food was good and reasonably priced.

I will be booking again next time I’m in the area.

The place was spotless, staff were fantastic even down to the housekeeping staff who do a brilliant job in the rooms.

Nothing was too much trouble.

Food and drinks

I had a pint of real ale in the afternoon which i loved.

Nice bottle of wine with evening meal which was reasonably priced, we both had two different courses, served in a reasonable time and were gorgeous- the chocolate and orange cheesecake tasted like Terry's chocolate orange mmmmmm

Gorgeous food in beautiful surroundings. Value for money and efficient service. Can highly recommend the pan fried chicken breast

Friendly & welcoming staff. Room was at the top of a lot of stairs but worth the climb, views were amazing. Room was very clean & homely. Would definitely go again. 2 staff in particular Linda & Aaron were especially friendly & curteous. Thanx Corbett Arms for a lovely stay.

First time coming here tonight n so glad my friend and i did food was amazing the staff were fab we will def be bk to eat here again �
