We had our team Christmas party at the Cosy Club Birmingham yesterday and it was fantastic! Thank you to Hattie, the events manager, for giving us a amazing experience and to all the staff who couldn't do enough for us! I would most definitely recommend having your party here! Terrific venue!

We celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday in the birmingham Cosy Club last night. Great function room but have to say that it is the magnificent staff who helped to make the night so memorable. The hardworking but tirelessly polite bar staff, helpful waiting staff and last but not least the friendly security staff. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to celebrate a memorable occasion in a venue where you are a genuinely valued customer. They even rushed out to replace our burst balloons! Thanks all �

This place is amazing, from the greeting to farewells nothing was even slightly off. I am gluten intolerant, the Gluten free menu looked the same as the others, the choice of food was amazing and tasted amazing. Myself and my daughter was delighted at everything, even the tea pot made us smile. We will be back and we will bring more people with us.

Staff were busy from our get go... absolutely nailing it. Was served by a lovely lovely lady who was also pregnant whilst rushed off her feet-bless her! Also served by another young lady who was helpful! Bar staff made us some amazziinngggg cocktails � and the food ... well! It was amazing � Greetings and farewells were given so very pleasant! Well done guys! Deffo, deffo coming back that’s for sure! X

My friends and I had a lovely meal.The waiter Egos was so pleasant helpful and efficient that it made it even more enjoyable for us all. Thank you x��

Lovely and clean bar/restaurant. Friendly staff! Food was perfect. If anything a little too hot, couldn’t really eat it straight away but obviously this is better than cold food! All round good food!!

Love this place so much! The food is so nice plus the staff are so welcoming too! Cocktails are a must!!😊

Nice atmosphere

I had never been here before found it on a internet search took my lovely lady for breakfast on a day out in Birmingham. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the place was. I remember it back in the 80's as the old Midland bank we were seated by a lovely girl and both had poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and I had bacon and my lady had mushrooms and spinach. It looked amazing when it came and tasted superb with a nice cup of coffee it set up the day. It was so nice we came back on the evening for an evening meal it was a lot busier but we still had superb service and excellent food. Can't praise it enough

Excellent food which was Lovely & hot the chips were to die for too. Very quick service by a lovely young lady

Beautifully restored building, with very classy interior decor, but still a very functional bar and not too carried away with itself. Being a Sunday, there was a nice, chilled vibe and ambience. We had a lovely meal washed down with a nice Spanish house sauvignon for her ladyship and a fine pint or two of Estrella for myself. We had the Salmon, Tapas selection and a burger for our teenager. All were excellent! Service was very good, too! Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Would of gave it a 5 star but let me down giving me a pint of Stella in a normal glass food excellent especially the scotch and black pudding egg

We went yesterday for the Christmas set menu, the starters were delicious, the mains really tasty and the dessert brill, we were served promptly the waiter for our table, Peter was really helpful and attentive to make our girls Christmas lunch a lovely experience, we all had cocktails and they were all really nice and full of flavour, and alcohol of course

Popped in for a pint with the wife and it’s a lovely place with friendly staff and we will definitely go back soon 👍👍👍

Menu has improved considerably since our last visit here. So indeed have staff. Good value for money, nice atmosphere , very attentive and friendly service from Peter (Petur). Definitely will go back.

Nice staff good service but basically it’s a ‘lounge’ with a different name the menus is the same but more expensive! Not worth the difference but lovely staff

Attended for a leaving do. There were about 7 of us initially ending up with 22 people. When there were 7 of us I ordered a drink with the waiter. They said I couldn't pay straight away. They had let one of our party pay already. I asked again only to be fobbed off with the reason was it gets awkward if we pay individually!! Well by the end of the meal ( fixed menu because there was more than 14 of us) - there was chaos about the bill! What was the point? Food extremely average.

The tapas starter was served in stages rather than altogether. We'd finished eating the tapas when guacamole was brought out. Asked for bread to eat the guacamole with which they charged us for! Then we waited ages for the mains to come out. Buttermilk chicken was tough and dry, way over cooked. Poor customer service from some members of staff too. Would not recommend and will not return.
