Join us for our first summer event taking place on Saturday 11th and Saturday 25th August from 10am.
Immerse yourself into a programme of activities designed to explore the five senses including; watching an interactive swing dance hosted by The Swing Era, listening to the sounds of an exclusive performance from The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire’s Samba Band, as well as smelling and tasting a range of delicious food provided by The Cube’s restaurants – all taking place on le...vel five of the building.
SATURDAY 11TH AUGUST The programme of activities runs as following: 10:00-10:30am – Spin class 1 with theclubandspa 10:40-11:10am – Spin class 2 with theclubandspa 12:00-13:00pm – Interactive swing dance and masterclass with The Swing Era dance school 14:00-15:00pm – A taste of Brazil with Rodizio Rico and a Brazilian band
SATURDAY 25TH AUGUST The second weekend follows similar schedule, which is: 10:00-11am – Yoga class with theclubandspa 11:15-12pm – Express beauty treatments with theclubandspa 12:45-13:30pm – Performance from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire’s Samba Band 14:00-15:00pm – A series of food tasting sessions from a selection of The Cube’s restaurants

what a lovely day out we visited on Saturday drove up from Bristol both my mum and i had an afternoon tea and then had a lovely relaxing massage and used the spa defiantly recommend Emma did my treatment amazing we will be back next time we will do an overnight stay x
great Luxury place had a great night thanks to everyone the dancefloor in the vip room could benefit with a few more lights laser etc.. nothing else apart of that the bar staff too works non stop thanks for your hard work☆
Stay for s two night stay over a weekend the place was clean rooms of a good size reception staff very helpful and the steak house restaurant views over Birmingham great at night and sunrise
Out with a group of guys on a stag do. Drinks a bit pricey but it's what you expect for the surroundings. Management were very attentive and had a lovely lady look after our table. Very beautiful and funny. Looked like a Bond girl and humoured is all which helped the night. Food was lovely too.
Oh my where do I begin! We had the best time ever last night celebrating our son Alex’s 19th Birthday at MPW. We were served by some fantastic staff who simply couldn’t do enough for us namely Zusie and Mia (They are a credit to you). We were given a great spot right by window with great paranomic views of Birmingham. We loved the 3 courses offered and could not fault anything. Staff even providing regular water to hydrate us as we went along. Everything was perfect including watching the sunset. My boys loved every minute of it and we treated even though we had purchased the offer from Groupon (we were never made to feel inferior). We will definitely be back and have recommended to all our friends and family. Good job MPW 👍

I brought my friend and my kids to late lunch and hey loved it. Most of the staff were great and eager to please. The hostess was very good and she did a good job rectifying our bill.
Fab way to enjoy a spa day experience with friends. The lunch at the Marco Pierre White Bordolino, was superb. A thoroughly relaxing experience.
Celebrating my girlfriends Birthday yesterday, at Marco Pierre White, truly amazing, service on point, waiters very attentive and always checking to make sure everything is ok, will definitely be back again thank you for making this night special 🙏🏽👌🏽
Today I have tried to cancel a spa day booked at the cube spa for Tuesday 3rd April. I had to go to Dr because I had a crackle on my chest. I was put on antibiotics which I though would clear my infection up before Tuesday. Unfortunately I am still coughing at times uncontrollable and the antibiotics have helped a little but not enough. I telephoned and asked to rearrange and was told I had not given 48hours notice but up to yesterday was still hoping that i would be alright. They would rather I paid the visit and spread my germs and possibly be sick at the spa. I was unable to stop coughing on the telephone but all the manager was saying rules are rules. I have no option but to go or lose my money. There was no sympathy or caring about other people contacting my infection. I have been unable to see who the directors are to make an official complaint and feel if they are happy for this behaviour this is not the type of company I would feel happy dealing with.
Had a pot of tea to share with my sister - a fairly small pot for 2 people, which was only 3/4 full. Think they need to fill the pot and/or give a pot of hot water alongside it. Nice brownie.
I loved the food I couldn't fault . But the service I felt was a let down . 1 I was told to take a seat at the bar we will come and get you .
The bar service was terrible ! They ignored us several times before finally getting served !
We had to go back up to be seated , glad we did because we could have been waiting all night !
The food was fantastic .
Very cramped walking past people to be seated is not good !
My food was given to me not placed !
I had to pass plate when I had finished my meal .
Had to ask for prosecco to be brought to table too !
Would I got back I can honestly say not at all . Very poor.
Great location with fantastic views of the city. All the rave reviews are for the area outside of the hotel room. However, The room was very disappointing; a terrible mattress, on a small for a hotel size double, that had a distinct dip in the middle. The pillows were lumpy and need replacing and the music from the bar two floors up could be heard until 2am. The overall decor was tired with paint chips and scuff marks highlighting the need for a 'refresh'. I've stayed in several hotels in the city on numerous occasions over the last twelve months (work) and this is the most expensive. I thought it would be a nice treat for my wife and I. Would I book again? No. book the Mal-maison, save yourself £60 and then use the public areas of the Cube.
Always seem to wait a long time for food and then meals aren't right or missing. Been a few times with big and small party and had same issues. The ambience is great, lovely and the view is fabulous. Shame the service wasn't quite right for us considering the menu prices
Very disappointed. Too many people for the facilities. Had to queue for steam rooms , sauna and relaxation rooms. Shower room was dusty. My 30 minute treatment was only 20 minutes and was practically carried out in the reception. The restaurant was nice but service was slow. Definitely not worth the money and won't be recommending to anyone.
The food was terrible it would appear to be frozen and not heated correctly. Wonderful time with family. The environment was great but the food was really grim.
Such terrible customer service received from the spa. We have visited several times in the past and returned for an anniversary treat almost 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival we were told that due to staff illness my treatment time needed to be changed, but only by 15 minutes we were told. We explained we couldn't stay late as we needed to get back to our young child over and hours drive away. After a little confusion (I was put down for the wrong massage) I received an excellent massage and went to wait in the waiting room for my second treatment which I was led to believe at the start was going to be on time. I waited over half an hour and eventually had to convince a therapist to find out what was happening. She returned to tell me my treatment has been put back by 1hr 15mins. I went to reception and was told the same, my therapist was doing another treatment elsewhere so I would have to wait over and hour. Nobody had even bothered to come and tell me. I explained I couldn't wait because of having to get back to my daughter and I was told that If I emailed the Manager Janine Yousef the following day I would get a refund. 2 emails and 3 voicemails later I have still not heard anything. I even phoned the club yesterday and spoke to a young man and even still I have heard nothing. It's so so disappointing; unless I receive at least a refund quickly I shall never return and will advise my friends and family the same. It's such a shame as we have enjoyed our time there in the past. Please can someone phone me to sort this out.
I couldn't tell you what its like inside because for the last 3 weeks Ive been trying to make contact to book a spa day I had booked as a deal on living social. I am so disappointed at their attitude towards customer service, It has tainted a gift bought for a birthday. Big thumbs down.
I am so disappointed in the customer service of the Spa, I have been trying to contact them daily for nearly a week now I have emailed both the spa reception and the spa manager leaving my contact details and I have called over 10 times at various points trying to redeem vouchers and have had no reply whatsoever! I've been messed around having to book and unbook holiday time off work; I am just so unhappy with the service (or lack of service) I have received.
