The Dragon Inn

Love the music it will be under new management soon and it looks like there will be better Crowd was a mixture but everyone has the right to enjoy and be who they are. I shall be going there again very soon

I visited the Dragons Inn for the first time last night I was very impressed the food was lovely and the staff really friendly and polite I would definitely visit again xx

Went here for dinner before Grease at the hippodrome a lovely place and nice food

Seemed like a nice Spoons, only stopped for a quick drink so can't comment on food/service etc but was quiet and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Would certainly go again.

Have had drinks and food here twice...it's a typical Wetherspoons...you get what you pay for. Food was ok and service was quick. Nice seating area outside.

Yesterday 20th June.went to Dragon for a steak ordered 5 mealea turned out only 4 was brought they cocked up forgott the 5th meal when they realised there mistake we got charged an another 5 pound all thought meal had been paid for won't be going there again a hurry the last behind the bar was rude zxx

Went in before I went to see dirty dancing ordered food it took to 45 minutes to come out 1 came out freezing cold took it back had to get refund didn't have time to eat it mine was over done had to take half with me to eat on the way because didn't have time to eat it and it was only warm.

Was there last month and no staff on Friday and sat night. Went there again last night round 7pm still no staff and new one to me "sorry we have run out of classes we just getting some"

Sat outside with our drink and the health and safety was much to be desired girl getting classes with fag in hand

And stack of glasses 15 to 20 high In her arms if she had fallen god know what have happen that place is a joke���they don't stop homeless people coming and going ask for money

Came for a meal before seeing dirty dancing last night even tho we ordered 2 lots of food on one table one lot came out and we had to wait another 20 mins before they rest came ,when we enquired to a member of staff about it he was really rude no manners at all apart from the staff the food was tasty and I enjoyed it

This place has been a regular weekly meet with my friend for years without problem. Something happened last week and there was a dispute between my friend and a Barman. My friend and I returned this evening and he was more than told he was barred for a while! The two male bar staff were aggressive, rude and beyond belief!!! Won’t be returning.

Horrendous service!!! Chose to go here with friends before a night at the theatre. We ordered food, all but one dish arrived. When we asked where the meal was we were told it had been overlooked. When it finally arrived it was stone cold. Took it back & told them it was needed within the next 15 minutes as we had a show to see. 15 minutes later still no food. After waiting a total of an hour for a burger we raised it with the same waitress again who wasn't forthcoming with an explanation or apology. In the end had no choice but to get a refund. Considering how poorly the situation was handled a lot more than just a refund should of been offered as a half hearted apology was more of an insult than anything else. Ok pub to drink in but definitely low on the list for food & customer service.

Food took 45 minutes to come out. Mine was missing, chased it and was brought cold food, took back and told I needed it quickly due to going to the theatre and brought out 15 minutes later when I had to leave. Barely an apology until the end and just given a refund. Useless! Should do better with the busy location!
