**DOG WALK POSTPONED** We are very sorry to announce that our dog walk on Sunday 12th August is being postponed. This is due to a forecast of heavy rain and our route will be partially blocked for the next couple of weeks. Fear not, we will rearrange it for a later date and keep you posted. We look forward to catching up with you and your four legged friends then!

Around a year ago, we hosted our very first pub dog walk in memory of our resident dog, Spotty. Since then, we’ve had a whole host of walks, made many four legged friends, always see a familiar face and continue to have the fantastic support of Dogs for Good charity. To mark the first anniversary, we’d like to organise our next walk for August 12th. It’ll be the usual business of meeting for coffee and pastries for 10am and setting off at 10.30 with the aim to be back for lunchtime. As per, please drop us a line or give us a call to let us know you’ll be joining us... See you then!

User

This is how we’re spending this rainy Sunday! We still have a couple of tables available for lunch and dinner, so give us a call or hop online if you’d like to join us...

“In all the world, there is no heart for me like yours. In all the world, there is no love for you like mine.”
We would like to congratulate Peter, our General Manager, and his beautiful wife Erika on their Silver wedding anniversary 🥂👰🏼🤵🏻
Peter and Erika are the perfect team, not only in marriage, but their love extends into the work they do here at the Falcon too. Whilst Peter is busy running the pub, Erika creates welcoming interior touches and is responsible for our stunn...ing garden.
Happy 25th wedding anniversary to you both!

Our head chef, Mike, is looking to expand his kitchen crew here at the Falcon... or maybe start a band; we're not quite sure! If you have a real passion for quality fresh food, or didn't quite make the cut on the X Factor, we have a place for you here. Yet another lovely walk in the sunshine on Sunday morning! Thank you to all of those who joined us, until next time... 🐾

User

This is how we celebrated the Royal Wedding here at The Falcon. Professional video will follow soon. 🥂🍾🤩👑

User

What a night it was! 🥂🍾🤩🕺🏻💃🏻

User

Wonderful lunch, yet again. A tad too windy to sit outside but the gardens looked stunning. The service was so friendly and maybe we are becoming a tad predictable as the super staff predicted our drink order

User

What a little gem, beautiful views, beautiful decor. The staff are all so very friendly can’t do enough for you, it’s in a great place for our big family to all meet together. I recently had the crispy squid and the steak and honestly it was amazing. We will definitely be back during the summer months with our doggies as it’s DOG FRIENDLY! Superb

User

We’ve adopted The Falcon as our local. It’s consistently good with a great atmosphere and an innovative programme of events. Lunch on the upper terrace, under a cloudless June sky looking out across the wonderful countryside, is pretty much unbeatable. However, whether it’s sunny and we’re outside, or snowing and we’re inside with a roaring fire, it’s a great venue.

User

We booked online and had a table within the hour , lovely drink in the garden and then inside for a Sunday roast , excellent food and generous portions of very nice beef , would definitely recommend the anyone and will be returning

User

We are multiple visitors here - and that says a lot - polite and generally quiet restaurant where you can privately celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or have a work function, with excellent food and good service - the outside garden is great and dogs are allowed - well worth a trip out of town!

User

Visited to watch the Royal Wedding celebrations and had a fabulous afternoon. Attention to detail was brilliant and food was delicious (both BBQ and off the menu). Kids had a great time in the garden. Views stunning. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

User

The atmosphere is absolutely lovely - both inside and out. The garden, in particular, is gorgeous with an unmatched view overlooking the countryside. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic - their braised lamb shoulder falls off the bone in the most satisfying way. And there's nothing like ending dinner with a triple chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. :)

I also had the opportunity to attend both the Prosecco Festival and the Royal Wedding at the Falcon this past month. Both events were wonderfully decorated and a lot of fun. I especially enjoyed the live music at both events. I would highly recommend The Falcon at Warmington.

User

Simply stunning. We only had a few glasses of beer at the beer garden but we felt like we were in a different country with all the flowers and the gorgeous landscape surrounding us.

User

I don’t know who runs this place but they have have got one the best restaurant/bar I’ve visited! The building is beautifully decorated and furnished, the staff were so helpful and happy and the menu was great and the food perfect. Shout out to the handsome waiter who served us today (Saturday 30th June) for an brilliant job, never got his name! Please pass on the message to him, served a table of four guys with two dogs at around 5/6pm

User

Booked The Falcon for 17 of us to go for lunch to celebrate my Husbands 70th birthday. We have been a few times so knew it was good and was not disappointed. Friends, who had not been before thought the food, staff and place excellent. Thankyou to all for helping to make a special day even more so.

User

Been to the Falcon, for lunch, dinner, high tea, bacon butties & coffee, never disappointed, service high standard with a varied menu to die for. Great selection of real ales, best pub restaurant for miles around

User

Beautiful Setting... Beautiful Service... food was amazing... Cant wait to go back when the better weather comes. Just a great time had. Always book as it is very busy all the time. Cant wait to try more of the menu. The crispy Beef salad was just out of this world. Keep up the great work and service

User

Went for a family meal yesterday. We had booked a table but when we got there we were told there was a 40min wait for food. Surely if bookings are made then you should be able to cope with the volume of customers. The food eventually was lovely. Perhaps more effort should be made in organising the diary.

User

Went there on Friday night about 5 so it was fairly quiet but the service at the bar was pretty slow. We had fish & chips and the fish was over cooked. I then had sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was presented beautifully but was on the dry side. I’m not very fussy at all but for the prices of the meals I think they could do a lot better. I would go back because the garden is so beautiful but I’m not sure I would eat there again.

User

There was a group of us that went to the Prosecco & Gin Festival on Friday, we got there at 7.15pm, as unable to get there due to work for 6pm, there was nowhere to sit, everywhere was taken. We were also not aware that the evening would finish by 10pm, so the music finished and drinks outside stopped being served, we were told if you want a drink go to the bar, but when you have paid £50 a ticket you expect it to go on a little longer than it did.

User

The meals I have had here with my family are amazing. However I went to the screening of the royal wedding and left before it started. 11.45 and the tele wasn’t working and you could barely see it because of the sun and the size of the screen. The bigger screen was in a private tent and you had to ‘book’ which I knew nothing about. I was really looking forward to the event and I was disappointed and managed to leave in time to make sure I could watch the wedding back at home. Poorly organised, could of been so much better if they had thought about it and not just thrown it together.

User

Me, my children and family went to the Falcon last Wednesday ( 28th march), all went ok till I ordered pan fried duck...i asked if I could have it not pink, the waitress said no the chef won't do that, I said surely the chef will leave the duck for slightly longer in the pan, again the waitress said no, I was shocked to be honest and never experienced that before anyway I ordered the braised shoulder of lamb which was lovely.

The kids food came out 1st, my son's burger was burnt, 2 members of my family had to wait 15 mins longer for their food, it's a good job the food tasted nice because I was going to complain.

I went last year and the service was much better than it was last Wednesday. Hopefully the next time we go we won't have burnt food and I will be able to have the duck.

User

Booked a table on line, as a regular customer with certain requirements which I made specifically clear at the time and also visited twice before the family booking to eat on my own, and each time I asked two members of staff to confirm my booking and needs and was reassured all was fine, only to get there and the table was given to some other people. Waste of my bloody time the only saving grace is the food is very good but the booking side for me is a shambles

User

All the food, the menu, presentation, taste, serving absolutely 100% spot on.

BUT... We booked a week in advanced, came 1 & 1/4 hour early & stressed to be told we're an hour late so lost the reservation. She then found correct booking by mobile digits & we kept original booking. We didn't get seated until 1/2 hour after we were supposed to & that was because one of us chased up on it & it was booked under my 1st name Dave. I wonder how many Daves, Pauls, Johns or Marks are in a busy English venue like that. Two stars lost for booking & table placement, which is a shame for this excellent, clean & worthy place.

User

However I went to the screening of the royal wedding and left before it started. 11.45 and the tele wasn’t working and you could barely see it because of the sun and the size of the screen. The bigger screen was in a private tent and you had to ‘book’ which I knew nothing about. I was really looking forward to the event and I was disappointed and managed to leave in time to make sure I could watch the wedding back at home. Poorly organised, could of been so much better if they had thought about it and not just thrown it together.

Wonderful lunch, yet again. A tad too windy to sit outside but the gardens looked stunning. The service was so friendly and maybe we are becoming a tad predictable as the super staff predicted our drink order

Superb

We booked online and had a table within the hour , lovely drink in the garden and then inside for a Sunday roast , excellent food and generous portions of very nice beef , would definitely recommend the anyone and will be returning

Thank you.

Simply stunning. We only had a few glasses of beer at the beer garden but we felt like we were in a different country with all the flowers and the gorgeous landscape surrounding us.

Booked The Falcon for 17 of us to go for lunch to celebrate my Husbands 70th birthday. We have been a few times so knew it was good and was not disappointed. Friends, who had not been before thought the food, staff and place excellent. Thankyou to all for helping to make a special day even more so.

Been to the Falcon, for lunch, dinner, high tea, bacon butties & coffee, never disappointed, service high standard with a varied menu to die for. Great selection of real ales, best pub restaurant for miles around

Beautiful Setting... Beautiful Service... food was amazing... Cant wait to go back when the better weather comes. Just a great time had. Always book as it is very busy all the time. Cant wait to try more of the menu. The crispy Beef salad was just out of this world. Keep up the great work and service

Went for a family meal yesterday. We had booked a table but when we got there we were told there was a 40min wait for food. Surely if bookings are made then you should be able to cope with the volume of customers. The food eventually was lovely. Perhaps more effort should be made in organising the diary.
