Where do I start? I never imagined such a tranquil haven would be nessled withing bustling Birmingham. I was met by Nav, who is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about flotation therapy and immediately put my worries at ease. You are not rushed at all, your relaxing experience starts as soon as you walk through the door, before I had even seen the floatation pod. The oils they burn also give the place such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend a visit enough, I feel so relaxed and enlightened, it's such an amazing experience I have already booked to go back again. Highly recommended

What a calm and tranquil place. We had a fabulous afternoon. Nav made us so welcome. It was a pleasure to meet someone so passionate about their business and making people relaxed and at ease. Loved every min of floating about and relaxing. I'm so chilled out now.

We came here the Monday before we got married. It was the perfect way for us to completely switch off from the world. Absolute bliss! (I'm going to book another visit as soon as I have finished writing this) I strongly believe everyone should try The Floating Spa at least once in their life.

This is like a little secluded haven in the middle of the bustling city of Birmingham. It’s beautiful, and Nav was a fantastic host. So welcoming, and I enjoyed how genuinely enthusiastic and passionate he was explaining how it all works. I brought this as a present for my boyfriend and I to enjoy together, and it was an awesome experience start to finish. The salt is soothing to the skin and my hair was wonderfully soft after washing. Super relaxing, we loved it and will be back!

Recently used these floats tanks had an amazing relaxing peaceful experience. Loved the chill out lounge before and after the tanks. Nav was a pleasure to meet very thorough with the information but at the same time he let's you make your own mind up with your experience of the pods. Great conversation excellent features on the tanks more features than the previous pods I have used. Amazing set up would recommend to anyone!

Nav is so passionate about what he is doing and the pods are incredible! I thoroughly enjoyed my float and felt more relaxed afterwards than quite literally I ever have in my life before. Even today I feel different; more zen and relaxed but also focused. Can't wait to do it again, would highly recommend. Plus the location is gorgeous! Next time I'm going to make time to hang out and enjoy the post float-buzz in the relaxation lounge.

My Daughter and I visited the floatation spa today for the first time, Nav is very welcoming and explained everything so well and also puts you at your ease, he is extremely knowledgable and you feel confident and in safe hands, the experience was amazing, leaving you totally relaxed and stress free, I would throughly recommend giving this a go, you won't regret it. I definitely will be returning.

I'm not a religious person but today I genuinely think I found heaven today.

I cant recommend these guys enough, its probably 'the' most relaxing experience I have ever had in my life, and thats coming from someone who is always laid back and chilled. Spotlessly clean, beautiful environment, an owner who is so welcoming and takes the time to talk everything through. Seriously amazing. The last thing I did when I left was buy 3 more sessions. Says it all !

I was treated by my daughter and family for a float, but was q bit apprehensive as I surfer from enclosed spaces!

But I must say I really enjoyed it and felt so relaxed and more rested than having a full nights sleep!!

The room with the Pod in was clean, welcoming and has absolutely everything you need, all the little details are really thought out.



The floating experience itself was surreal but absolutely amazing - a rare opportunity to shut all the noise of life out and just focus on yourself and doing nothing! Afterwards I really couldn't describe how I felt (but in a good way) I was relaxed, yet energized, tired but not lethargic. The instant benefits I have experienced, my skin feels amazing and last night I had the best nights sleep I have had in years, I woke early this morning feeling alive.



I can't wait to book my next session and already have a number of friends and family that want to try the experience.



I urge everyone to give it a go - great location in the Jewellery Quarter, so there's no hassle of a stressful city centre.

I fell in love with place very quickly. The overall atmosphere, decor and Nav.'s attention to detail in the design and user friendliness of the 'sanctuary'.

I was given lots of time to adjust to the relaxing ambience and get into the right mindset to go into the pod. Everything was explained fully before even seeing the pod and I felt very safe in the building and in the pod room and in the tank.

The tank experience is an individual thing so I will just say it was amazing for me.

I would recommend everyone to try this at least once in this place.

Nav makes you feel cared about and relaxed.

I came to the floating spa with purely meditative intentions and I was really pleased on that front. What I hadn't thought about were the physical benefits that come from the floating itself (muscles, joints) and the salt water (skin). I left feeling calm, relaxed and with a general sense of well being. The experience itself must be different for everyone but I loved the feeling of isolation and, although I am not a very 'spiritual' person, I felt it was a profound and significant event in my life. I will be back, thanks Nav!

Firstly, Nav is the most exceptional host! Really took his time to settle us in, explained everything in detail so we felt completely comfortable with floating and is perfect for anyone new to it! Never once felt like he was rushing us along, creating the best environment for relaxation. This is my second time floating, first time here. This place was completely sound proof so no distractions, allowing you to get into a long deep state of lucid dreaming. What is special about The Floating Spa, is the awesome hang out space equipped with cool chess board, hammock, sofas, music and customer comments board, really fab environment to be in before and after your float. Great place to host a small event too! Thanks for a really great Sunday morning and afternoon Nav, look forward to being back soon :-)

Amazing! I have floated before and I'm so pleased there is somewhere closer to home. I have dystonia which is a neurological movement disorder. I also suffer from CRPS and chronic pain I rarely sleep. After floating last night I managed to sleep for close to 6 hours my symptoms are so much calmer than usual and I can actually relax �. The spa is spotless and so welcoming you're instantly relaxed on entry.
