The best place in town! Brilliant staff and an awesome atmosphere
Performed there over the weekend, lost weekend acoustic show, fantastic pub great atmosphere and a very appreciative crowd.
My favourite pub since I found the Devonshire arms in Camden 7 years ago
Love this place. We were here last night with the guys behind and supporters of rock/metal radio station PRIMORDIAL RADIO. It's everything any self respecting rock/metal fan would love, right down to the decor. It's compulsory to have a photo took in the throne. A brilliant pub with a fantastic friendly atmosphere. Also open till 3 am. Only criticisms are a lack of any music after the year 2000. There are some amazing bands out there, that should be played. Still didn't stop us taking to the dance floor for the classic Rock anthems. The DJ not being allowed to use a mic just seems like a daft rule. Still one of the best rock pubs around
Love this place ,3rd time there seeing bands upstairs and continuing downstairs to the early hours fantastic music great atmosphere .
Had a pretty awesome evening. Every time we venture over to Wolves we always say we should come more often. We love the anything goes attitude and Saturday Rock ‘disco’.
Brilliant pub , visiting all the way from Tamworth. Good drinks , nice staff and epic music 😊🤟
Brilliant Pub with an amazing atmosphere with a Heavy Metal music accompaniment to your Saturday drink. Great DJ in a Pulpit, and were in the World can you order two and a half pints of larger, a pint of cider and a Gifford Arms themed BabyGrow at the Bar???
A fantastic venue for live music. Good beer too.
The upstairs room for the live bands has a fantastic intimate atmosphere. Holds around a 100 people so makes for a good crowd. Sound is good too. Have seen a few bands here and come away happy. The decor both upstairs and downstairs is something to behold.
You must have your photo taken sitting on the gothic thrown in the main bar downstairs!
