WOW, where to start! What a fabulous, amazing, superb, marvellous, great, super 1st Wedding Fayre of the year! We had a record number of couples through the doors, the team worked incredibly hard today to try and see everyone and we are all very excited to go through all of the enquiries tomorrow (Glad we brought new notebooks for January ;) ) We will be leaving our Barn laid up until Friday and will be taking appointments everyday if anybody missed today. There's a hive of activity here this morning as we get ready for our 1st Wedding Open Day of the year, the Barn is laid, the fairy lights twinkling, the exhibitors stands are all starting to take shape and we've heard a lovely sound check from Replay Acoustic Duo.. We've also had the Family & Friends of the New Mr & Mrs Plaice eating their breakfast in the restaurant before they take off on their new married adventure .. oooh its exciting! :D <3

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Went for a 3 course meal here the other night...food was AMAZING better than we had at Marco's and less in price. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat here...the staff are helpful and friendly. The food hot and delicious and place clean. We looked at the rooms, very unusual with swings in them and the barn for weddings is outstanding!! We will definitely be back. The chefs are so good at cooking I really think they should go on masterchef...they would win hands down!! Thanks for a great meal.

Well, where to start? We attended a family wedding here last Saturday, and everything was well-organised, professional, thoroughly enjoyable, and faultless. We then encountered some problems after midnight when we couldn't book a taxi back to our accommodation in Ironbridge, and despite the very best efforts of The Hundred House staff, no local taxis were prepared to come out. We would have been left high-and-dry if it had not been for the exceptionally kind offer of two members of staff to drive our family back to our accommodation. Thank you so much Theresa and Chris (I hope I've spelt your names correctly). As if this wasn't an admirable act of kindness in and of itself, Theresa did a double round trip to get us back to our hotel. And there's more... My wife accidentally managed to leave our hotel room key in Theresa's car, and she phoned our hotel in the morning when she found them and made a third journey on our behalf to return them. And there's more... My son-in-law accidentally left his £250 prescription sunglasses in Chris's car, which Chris brought back to the hotel. My son-in-law went back to The Hundred House today to collect his glasses, and learnt that Theresa and Chris's kindness was being acknowledged by their employers with the offer of a free Sunday lunch for them and their families!! I think it is important that I highlight all of this to anyone considering making use of the wonderful facilities of The Hundred House. You did us proud. Your team went above and beyond to assist us, and it is gratifying to know that their efforts on our behalf were recognised and acknowledged by yourselves. We were only wedding guests, and you have made our hearts sing with your immense kindness shown to us. We think it is only right and proper that we share our tremendous gratitude with others. Thank you for everything - you were amazing!!

Well we had our wedding here last Friday (18.5.2018) From booking it a year ago until the time we left the staff couldn’t of been anymore helpful. Kept informed of everything and it was never any trouble changing things around or any questions we had. Gem the wedding organiser was brilliant and made sure our day ran smoothly. The barn was done beautifully and the gardens are amazing for photos and the food was to die for. We’d recommend this place to anyone.

We spent the day here for a beautiful wedding, they were absolutely brilliant. After many attempts to get a taxi, there were none available whatsoever. The wonderful staff dropped me and my family to our hotel in Ironbridge, going out of their way after midnight. Thank you to Teresa, and the other two (didn't get their names, possibly Chris, and the girl with the mini � sorry) for getting us back safely!

We had our wedding here on 30th June 2018 and we loved every second of it. We always knew we wanted to get married at the hundred house, and we were not disappointed! The staff have been amazing from start to finish, so attentive and caring and really can't do enough for you. A huge thank you to Jake and Gem who really looked after us! Our guests raved about how delicious the food was, and how generous the portion sizes were! But the biggest hit was the amazing, quirky gardens including the swings and the donkey! One word to sum everything up would be perfect. I can not recommend this place highly enough!

We attended a wedding yesterday for Dan and Linz. It was simply superb. Stuart and the team should be very proud. The day was a brilliant success. The food was beautiful and the attention to detail didn't go unnoticed.

The staff couldn't do enough and the hotel room was comfy and clean too.

From the moment we saw the venue months ago we knew it was exactly the place we wanted to spend our special day. You have all been so professional and friendly and not once have we panicked that things might not go to plan.

The day for amazing. We both felt overwhelmed by how perfect it was.

All of our friends as family commented on the fantastic venue and gardens and the food was incredible.

The children have already asked when we can come back for a lemonade and to see the donkey.

Myself and my husband (still sounds strange �) got married here on Saturday 12th May and we had the most amazing day.



From the day we booked it back in November 2016 Gemma and all the wedding coordinators I’ve dealt with have been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how much I bombarded them with emails �



I had booked a room the night before to store all the wedding stuff, dresses etc and when myself, my mom and my maid of honour took all our stuff the night before Jake was on hand to help us out. Loved Jake to bits he’s brilliant!



The day went off without a hitch (apart from me slightly miscalculating the numbers, sorry about that) and everyone is still gushing about the day nearly 3 weeks on. My grandad still hasn’t stopped talking about the roast potatoes �. The food was incredible, even guests who didn’t like soup said how much they loved the pea and Ham soup. The planning was meticulous, the staff were lovely, Gemma and Jake worked so so hard that day they were amazing!



I cannot recommend this venue enough! The only time I felt stressed with the planning was on the day when my nerves kicked in. It’s my favourite place in the world and myself and my husband will be coming back here for many meals in the future!

Its now almost a week since we got married at The Hundred House and I am still buzzing. We had the most perfect day which was even better than we could have imagined. We had so many compliments on the venue and the food. The staff are amazing, Gemma made sure the day ran smoothly and was there for us throughout the planning. I won this on a face book competition in April this year the three course meal is top class. Very very nice indeed. The staff are amazing polite helpful. From the time we walked in to the time we left was amazing the staff are very welcomeing and the food was amazing,as my husband is a diabetic they did a fruit cocktail for his pudding which he said was very fresh and loads of different fruit in it they even wrote happy birthday on his place which was a lovely touch, we were so impressed with the hotel and garden we have booked to stay here in August for our wedding anniversary and my birthday it’s definitely worth the 5 stars

Could not be happier that we chose The Hundred House Hotel as our Wedding Venue. I would recommend it to everyone I know. The venue is stunning, the Food is fantastic, the staff are so friendly and hard working and they made our day everything we could have ever dreamed of. From the point of booking The Hundred House as our venue over two years ago, all the way up to the special day itself all of the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful, taking care of majority of the planning for us! A special thank you to Gemma and Jake who were there for me throughout the whole day ensuring that everything went just perfectly!

Attended the Hundred House on 17th July to celebrate my wifes Birthday and our wedding anniversary, it was an amazing experience fantastic food and drink, and the staff are really friendly.

Amazing food attentive friendly staff and a walk around the enchanted gardens. This place is a family favourite for us. Last night's menu for Asparagus night was to die for. X

After having our wedding reception here a few weeks ago, I cannot rate this place highly enough.

The food was fabulous (dishes created to our requests rather than off the usual menu) and the staff were amazingly professional.

No request was ever dismissed and everyone worked closely with us throughout the planning process and on the day itself.

Staff on the day worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly and did so with continued smiles and politeness.

We cannot thank you enough.
