We were there to see the KODO drummers and as a disabled couple all I can say is the parking, staff, venue and support were second to none. We have three other events to go to this year and they make it so easy for us as disabled visitors.....

Was there for my daughter's graduation. The building doesn't look much from the outside but is a completely different place inside, especially the symphony hall, which is a beautiful old style theatre with a fantastic view of the stage and pipe organ wherever you sit.

I was at the Symphony Hall to see Joan Baez. We were right up in the gods but still loved my visit. I always love visiting the Symphony Hall.

I attended the ICC last night for the Gathering which is a Christian event. Venue was easy to find and once in, the staff were very helpful. Think the venue could do with more toilets tho as there seemed to be always a queue. Would come again tho.....

I attended for the first time for the annual SNUG Conference and I can't fault the venue at all, staff were very attentive and helpful, my only down side was the amount of times I travelled up and down the stairs my poor legs were not prepared for that lol but that's not the ICC's doing

Great Night out watching the Blue Man group. Really enjoyable evening. The group brought back memories of last years visit to Florida where we saw the Blue Man Group also in Universal Studios, Oralando. The Blue Man Group really know how to get you laughing and Joining in.with the performance.

Attended yesterday, great venue, comfortable seats, attentive staff. We saw the Blue Man Group a 3rd time for me and 1st for my partner, great as ever! Really enjoyed watching the show from comfy seats. Thank you!

User

A fantastic event that was very well presented and fully lived up to expectations. Fine food was served in the lead up to Sylvester Stallones appearance with much anticipation. Would highly recommend but suspect that this was a once in a lifetime. But.. I was there

User

Very smart place and great evening but woeful number of bar staff meant 1/2 hr queues... triple rounds as a result. Toilets although clean - not enough to cope.

I was there yesterday to see the Blue Man Group. The nearby parking made access easy. The short walk to the ICC scenic along the canals. The ICC itself is a wonderful building and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Wonderful auditorium and an amazing show. Colourful, funny and the crowd interaction is just great.

I attended the Birmingham Law Society Awards Evening on Thursday. There were over 540 people in attendance but the waiting staff were very efficient and all three courses of the meal were of the highest quality. My only slight gripe was that the tables could have had more space between them to assist the staff and also aid movement around the hall.

User

Great venue for a conference, the main auditorium is fabulous but why do we need air conditioning in March in Birmingham? It was beyond cold, I was wearing two coats and was still uncomfortable.

User

We visited on Saturday evening for the Xmas party with two tables of 12 and on arrival at 7 pm went to the bar which as always first thing is going to be busy too little staff and most had never done this type of work before the girl who served me with a pint had to get somebody else to pour it !!

We had two table next to each other and our table had eaten starter and main before our friends received there starter which meant they were eating when the cabaret weee performing although the food was good

Plenty of staff walking round but nobody cleared the finished plates or wine glasses not being used from the table

Still a good night but could have been a very good night

They're a very secretive bunch at the ICC, tiny signage and no maps, it's like thry're testing you to see if you can work out where to go.

User

Lovely venue which should be much better signposted from New Street station. Consequently it took us more than 40 minutes to walk it! Two toilets out of order which with the number of women at both the Trefoil Guild and Slimming Workd National Meetings causes long queues. Seating on level 5 was uncomfortable, particularly after two and a half hours. Refreshments afterwards was a disaster for my sister who has coeliac disease - no gluten free biscuits when we asked and the waitress went to look for some. It is essential and is discriminatory not to provide gluten free and free from food to those who need it. Makes me wonder if the is any lactose free milk for those who need it. Both must be available on request for those who need them for health reasons. Not to do so is discriminatory and unacceptable. Get your act together ICC!

User

Just passing through to the Symphony Hall to see Van Morrison. Not impressed with the long wait to be admitted (a) to the first floor & (b) to the actual seating area. We were just told at 6.30 pm that the staff were having a meeting. It must have lasted until 7.30 pm.

I hope the same does not happen next week when we return to see Chris Rea.

I attended the ICC on the 28th of April for a juiceplus conference . I went with my freind and her 6 month old baby . I was very disappointed as their was no baby changing facilities. We had to change the baby on the floor !! Too many steps and only one working lift!!
