What a transformation, a true 'star' in Cheadle if you forgive the pun. First time in, the staff were very friendly, the choice of drink is enough to cater for anyones taste. Give it a whirl.

We had a great night last night. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff, and great music! Brilliant. If you haven't been then give it a try, you won't be disappointed and acoustic Thursdays are fantastic.

Watching the fabulous solo acoustic artist Charlie Whittaker. Great night

Think it's really nice and very warm sat by the gorgeous wood burner!

Had a couple of hours there yesterday evening and will definitely be regulars 🍷🍺

Really impressed with the new decor. Fantastic choice of beers from around the world, something for everyone. Amazing choice of spirits. The wine list is comprehensive with a great selection of red, wine & sparkling wines. Atmosphere is excellent, nice & friendly. Staff are professional, warm & friendly too. I will be going back.

I tried all the pubs in the area. And, by country miles far away, this one is the best, with very lovely personnel, fantastic beers and music, and very good food. I like this pub very much, with friendly people. It is my favorite after work.

Haven't been in here since The Star, what a massive improvement. Decent Selection of Drinks & a Good Atmosphere. A great refurb topped off with good bar staff. Gotta be the best pub in the village now.
