We went there last night for a re arranged xmas do and the staff were brilliant with us rearranging the night and having to add on extra people last minute. They kitchen staff were very accommodating with changing our order. Wanted to say a big thank to the head waiter didn’t get his name who quickly sorted out a mishap in the kitchen when 2 of the mains didn’t come out, he offered us a drink and kindly gave us a lovely bottle of red. Thanks once again and can’t wait for our next visit

Visited the jam house last night with 14 other ladies to celebrate a hen night. Food was excellent, the service fabulous. The band tru blu were outstanding as was the other music played throughout the evening. Bar staff, waiting staff and security staff, incredibly professional, very friendly and made us all feel very welcome. A truly superb evening! Thank you

Travelled up from Cornwall to attend a gig... loved the venue, the food & drinks were great (and very reasonably priced), service perfect and the music was a credit to all those who performed. Memorable night. Thank you The Jam House and all those involved in the organisation of the John Johnson evening..

The Jam House family provided us with the kind of service that plays the best part in producing a night as memorable as we had for Conquer4JJ.

Thank you to all the staff that made it happen ��xox.

Superb night on Saturday 31/3 will return again live music good selections off beer as well

I’ve nothing bad to say about this place at all! Great music and friendly staff, we had a fab time. Jools Holland please open one in Essex or Kent!

I celebrated my 40th last night with 11 of my lovely friends at this amazing venue.. fabulous food, unforgettable Cosmo cocktails and what fantastic entertainment. My feet are still sore from all the dancing... cant wait to go back! Staff so efficient and friendly! Thank you for fab night ��

Great staff, friendly, respectful, attentive. We always book dinner and the waiting staff are great. We saw Odyssey this time.. what a great night. Have seen Leee John/Imagination and Heatwave in the past. For us it is the perfect venue. Fantastic food, great acts, reasonable price. Small and intimate... nice to be so close to the act. Roll on August and Three Degrees!

Class venue. Great atmosphere and really friendly staff. We went to watch Hot Chocolate and loved it.

Cannot speak highly enough about the venue, it’s management and staff. Very professional set up, it made for a great night on October 10th. Well done to all who were working then, thank you.

Awesome night last night top venue we've been a couple of times before ... this time we had delicious food and so had a great spot upstairs balcony danced til we dropped we will be back ��

Been here a few times before & love it, fab atmosphere, great music & not badly priced condidyehete it's situated. Staff are great and very friendly. Little disappointed on my last visit as my main meal was quite cold but I put that down to the restaurant being packed .... would highly recommend for a great night out !

A lovely venue, good acoustics, lots of seating but room for standing and dancing too. Only downside, no draught beer on. Will be returning though-check out the website for the varied artistes.

Good music but stoped selling bitter only ale which is like pop unfortunately means won't be going again in the near future after many years, sad times .
