The Karmic Cafe

Feels like the end of an era...sadly, our humble cafe has come to an end as we move on to an exciting adventure. Please check out the new premises Italian menu who will be opening in a few weeks...he promises that there will be vegan/veggie options available. Thank you very much for your support for nearly 10 years!!

We've loved having beautiful Shahed with us for the last week, over from Germany to improve her English skills. Hearing about her Syrian culture & her passion for music, we hope you come back, if not...we wish you every blessing with your bright future!!

Butternut squash soup on the menu as well as lentil soup...always suitable for vegans & coeliacs

Big meatball session today...try them in a curry, salad pita or sub & chips and they are suitable for vegans!!

Excellent Cafe
Hidden in the middle of Worcester opposite Waterstones. Wonderful staff, polite and efficient. Food was delicious, and served quickly considering the tables were half full and there was a queue out of the door at one point! I had the falafel wrap which was yummy, served with a mound of fresh salad. Husband had the karmic burger which tasted brilliant, served in a wholemeal bun and chips on the side. They do have vegan options too which is great. Will definitely be coming again when I'm next in the area, can't recommend this place enough! :)

I should qualify this review by saying I am not vegetarian. I enjoy a bacon sarnie as much as anyone, but this place is a hidden delight. Clean, welcoming and a lovely atmosphere. We had the vegetable curry and Greek ploughman's. Pot of tea for two.... Food was brought promptly and was well cooked, well presented and tasty. I can see this will be a regular place to visit for lunch. Looking forward to sampling more items from the varied menu.

Vegan fruit scones and cheesy scones just out the oven

Our own karmic burgers are available to take-away...add a slice of mature cheddar cheese, grilled haloumi cheese or mushrooms

Karmic meatballs are back on the menu....in a filled pita, sub with chips and our med sauce or in a curry

We have a great range of summer drinks if you're too hot today....without any of the artificial colours and preservatives and very refreshing

forth visit in just over a week, safe to say this place has become our favourite eatery. whether its breakfast or lunch there is loads of choice and food is wonderful and staff are great and food comes out fast too which is especially great if you are short on time. recommend the karmic burger and, after todays visit, definitely try one of their milkshakes!

We really enjoyed our visit to the Karmic Café. Great food, friendly and efficient service. I had the most delicious lentil soup with warm bread and my husband had a yummy vegeburger. We'll definitely be back :-)

We love Karmic café. Lots of choice but I always end up having one of the salads! They're so delicious. Staff are always friendly, too. Often much busier than we expect - don't be put off having to walk by the butcher to get there! :)

This is a very cute veggie cafe the food choice is a great value too. We will be back next trip

Another delicious lunch at The Karmic Café today. I have been several times now with a vegetarian friend. I'm not vegetarian, but could quite happily eat my way through the whole menu.... and probably will! Great food, great service, lovely airy café and tremendous value for money. Many thanks.

Absolutely delicious meal today - I went for the Moroccan salad with delicious falafels, olives and houmous with the salad topped with grilled vegetables and chickpeas. Great portion size, very reasonably priced and really fresh and yummy. Heartily recommend!

A quiet lunch out for the vegans :) a beautiful café thats tastefully decorated where you can sit listening to gentle music and watch the world go by.
