We should have some perfect car booting weather tomorrow morning, dry and not too hot - we will be open as usual from 6.00am, and don't forget that car boot pitches have been reduced to £8 each (or £10 for larger side on car pitches).
Please also be aware that Crookbarrow Way will again be closed for the morning so if you're coming from the M5 you'll need to follow the diversion.

The car boot this Sunday the 16th has unfortunately been cancelled - after all the rain we've had this week the ground is just too wet and not in good enough condition to use.
The car boot will be open as usual this Sunday 2nd June. We won't be affected by the road closure you may have noticed signs for - only Crookbarrow Way will be closed, not Broomhall Way, so you will need to follow the diversion route if you're coming from J7 of the M5 but otherwise you can access our site as normal.
We will be going ahead with the sales on both Sunday and Monday this weekend, despite the chance of showers on Sunday morning. We'll be open from 6.00am as usual on both days. For more details, see our website at www.ketchbootsale.com
We will be open as usual on Sunday and Monday this bank holiday weekend, from 6.00am both days.
Taylors Lane is now open in both directions again as the roadworks have finished, so traffic won't be so bad exiting the car park at the end of the sale. We would also like to remind people NOT to park on the dual carriageway - it is a clearway so the police can fine anyone parking there, as some people may have found out the other week.

Has anybody found any car keys at today’s Sale? We have a customer who has unfortunately lost them. Someone has also lost a pair of glasses. If either of these items have been found, please contact Wayne on 07925815253 so we can reunite them with their owners.
We’ve been setting up the pedestrian walkway this week ready for tomorrow’s Car Boot Sale. Once we open the gates onto the Car Boot field in the morning, the barrier will be fully extended to ensure the safety of those walking and driving. As you can see we’ve clearly marked the separation between vehicles and pedestrians. Please drive no faster than 5mph, we are a family friendly event and want everyone to have a great day!
At our last Car Boot Sale there was a lady selling early learning centre animals and one of our customers is wondering if she had any left. They are wishing they purchased more!

To further clarify the changed set-up: we will still have two fields available for the car boot this year - the long field to the East will be mainly for sellers and there'll still be another field for customer parking.
We are also pleased to announce that we will be once again supporting Acorns Children's Hospice this year - we will also be committing to donate £1 from every pitch fee collected at the car boot to the local hospice all through the season.

We will be opening this Sunday 7th April as planned for the first sale this year, but there will be some changes to the usual set-up.
Although we'll be at the same location, the sale will now be on our other two fields, with sellers on the longer field to the East, as the usual field has been sold earlier this year. The entrance to the sale will be via the gates off the dual carriageway between the Norton and Ketch roundabouts. Due to the more limited space we now have available, pitch prices this year will be changing to: £10 for car boots, £12 for cars side on, £15 for vans and cars with trailers; and fees will be collected on the gate.
The Ketch boot sale will be opening again this year, the first sale of the season is planned for Sunday 7th April. We will be in the same location but there will be some changes due to the land sale - more details to follow soon.
Unfortunately due to the bad weather this weekend we are cancelling this Sunday's sale, which means we are now finished for this year. Thanks for all your support this year - we will be opening again next year as usual around Easter time.
