We use this lovely pub whenever we are in town. Can get busy when a train has just rolled in but you never have to wait too long to get served. Excellent range of beers on the bar which I generally match up with a fresh cheese n onion cob. Not expensive either.

This one improves with time and has a much warmer feel then my last visit. Situated nicely on the station so I need not walk to far for the train ��

It had a lovely atmosphere but the food was awful. I had fish and chips which was inedible. The fish was dark brown on the outside and grey on the inside. The chips were very dry. I enjoyed the mushy peas. Wouldn't go there again.

Waited ages to get served which is OK they had a few people waiting but then a regular jumps in and gets served before me! Ordered a San Miguel which was flat and served in a carling glass. Will stick to Weavers next time I'm waiting for a train
