This place is fantastic. It beats The Bradford Arms (aka Champys) hands down. The people were so friendly, the food was amazing and even the toilets were impressive. I am glad this pub has not been refurbished. It has some character. We will definitely be back and recommending. Thank you!

The mixed grill was fantastic top notch grub in a traditional pub with good ales and beer staff very friendly will definitely be returning can highly recommend.

Spur of the moment booking, accommodated us as a late booking. Nice friendly atmosphere with staff who can’t do enough for you. Food was excellent, hot fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend this great pub!!!�

Cod and chips had by fil. Medium mixed grill beat barny and small one which were lovely and spices filled your mouth. Lovely evening last night to sit out whilst having a few drinks but benches a bit too low. Made a reservation just in case busy. Will go back again

Never tried it but harmindeep purewal keeps mentioning how amazing it is and never stops talking about it even though he's only eaten there once and has never returned. His favourite dish was the free fish pakora followed by the free mixed grill washed down with some free beer. He said the next time comes he will definitely pay double, but as stated earlier he will never return.

Had meal tonight for 1st time touring all the indian mixed grill sizzler/ curry pubs last 12 mths in walsall wolves west Brom an can say it's one of the best so far thank you great value for money

Great food, pub hasn't really changed in the 25 years I've known it but that's great and adds to its character. The food was immense and our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we will definitely be returning in the very near future.
