Went here last night (Saturday 26th August 2017) with a group of friends and it was my 1st time in here and i loved it. Lovely food and really friendly staff. Even tho it was busy we sat in the beer garden and had our food there whilst the sun was still out. Toilets was spotless aswell. I will be returning again when I visit the area again. Loved it so much. Thank you. X

We took our dad for a birthday meal on Tuesday 18th, we were a family party of 10 (4 generations) so we pre booked. We received a lovely warm welcome and excellent service throughout the evening, excellent value for money and a great varied menu with large portions catering for all tastes. It was dads 90th and it is his local although he hadnt eaten there before even he was happy with the biggest fish and chips he ever had, it must have been good because he ate the lot.

Thanks to all the staff for making it such an enjoyable and memorable evening.

We really enjoyed our meal yesterday we had chicken in the basket and a beef bagget staff made us very welcome thank you.

We had lunch here yesterday. The pub had 3 functions on. Our food arrived quite quickly. My chilli was lovely and my husband fish was crisp and looked good. Service was great as always.

This is the best pub in Middleton and now the oddies are performing there even better.why?

Staff,location,pub friendly,food.and well presented.they would benefit with members cards.

The Lancashire Fold is the best place for every occasion! Very cosy and welcoming, with gorgeous food (Oh that fish & chips! <3) and lovely staff! I can recommend to anyone with all my heart! (^-^)

I eat (and drink) here often and have done for the past 3 decades. In the last 5 years or so the food has greatly improved (from good to amazing). The staff have always been efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The pub has one of the best atmospheres of any boozer, shows all the (legit) football and somehow maintains a classy dining experience while a match is playing in the other room.

Great place great staff great prices. The beer is always on point. They normally have ALL the big games for both Manchester City and Manchester United. Definitely going again as it's my local.

Food was hot and not long to wait for would definitely eat here again. Atmosphere was great too!

Tbis is my local, so go here a fair bit. Tbe food is always good in my opinion, this is a pub not a 5 star restaurant. Went and sat outside in the sun over the weekend, the outside area is lovely now its been done up. My only moan is that because it is such a nice local pub it quite often has lots of children in that can be a bit noisy lol. �

lovely friendly pub, although I was rather disappointed with my fish and chips as the batter was soft and chewy rather than crispy. My husband however loved the cheese and onion pie.

I haven't been in the Lancashire Fold for a while, so thought we would try it as my Dad had to vote there...ordered the cheese and onion pie, chips and peas for mains and apple pie for Dad and ice cream for me for afters a, off the cozy lunch menu....there was hardly any filling in the cheese pie,mostly pastry and the chips must have been re-heated, the were hard and dry...my Dad enjoyed his apple pie and custard but my ice cream came as a sundae with fruit, and squirty cream, which I hate and the ice cream was all melted....Sorry, Lancy Fold,the Hare and Hounds on Oldham Road beats you hands down, no contest!!!!!

Went In on Saturday 15th July,5 people in the group,had a few drinks and ordered some food, we then had to clear the table ourselves to leave room for the food when it arrived . The food looked ok but approximately one third of it was not eaten ,I then had to go to the bar and ask someone to clear the table again. Overall the food and the service were not good
