i think this place is full of vindictive people who all used this pub when they where under age

accept change and learn to appreciate your pub and the fact that some-one is still willing to put up with you lot moaning and groaning

Visited today with 4 friends and kids,Fantastic welcoming staff,Nathan the bar man was Particularly Lovely,clean tidy place,food was spot on and brilliant value,shall be visiting you again The milestone,Thank you x

The milestone is a nice family pub to take your children,the owners an staff are lovely the pub has had a turn around from how it used to be way more better ÔøΩ

The food is to die for. Steak is always cooked perfect hats off to the chef. Nice looking pub and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

Lovely pub clean...nice decor...staff friendly welcoming and helpful. Didn't eat here this time this was our first visit to the pub... but menu looked great..will definately coming again and to eat next time!

Came in yesterday for food , staff were lovely and very welcoming. Food was beautiful and presentation was unique. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your service, and highly recommend.

Brilliant pub good atmosphere the staff are great and mick and Lin have a done a brilliant job of taking over the pub more people use the pub now than before and the pool table has made a massive difference there's also now a pool team and darts team things have changed for the better it's now a modern day pub and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good night out!

I would say it has improved from the last time we went in food was better and we had a loverly friendly waitress would go back in, only criticism would be the burgers tasted a bit like the ones you used to get in the tin with the gravy.but my partner said his was ok

large pup, big car park but the pub was used by just a relative few on the Wednesday night we went. The menu had a decent amount of cheap and cheerful dishes that you would expect from a pub menu, I went for the mega mine and my steak (medium to rare) was very nice as was my chicken, would have been nice to loose the sausage and gain some peas, still I liked my meal and ate the lot. My wife's steak was a little overcooked but she enjoyed it. Only disappointment was, that while we were waiting the fire alarm kicked in (seems some idiot had been vaping) my wife was all for evacuating the building but after a little enquiry we were assured there was no problem, except the racket of the alarm went on for a while.....one customer had to take his young baby out of the pub to settle her. All said and done, we would consider this pub again as service was relatively quick and the food was nice.mixed grill and my wife had an 8oz steak and chips. Have to say I quite liked

Waited an hour for food only two people waiting for food as well .so wasnt that busy and all meals came out cold had a refund won't go back.

I second Mr Adam Robins' review... 15+ years this establishment has been my local watering hole.

With all due respect the new landlord and landlady are nice people... But since their takeover its become a youth orientated hangout.... To the extent kids come in off the street with their own cans of pop n sit there casually... And in my opinion taking the mick n bringing no turnover to the place. Its like a blind eye is turned to it. Feel like the true locals are being pushed out if I'm honest... Come on Milestone.... Have some backbone and cut this out... Respect the locals.... Respect the regulars.... And if you would like a word then i would be more than happy to engage in what i think is going wrong with the place i hold dear to me and have done for many years Dunny

Waited 1.5 hours for 4 meals, x2 mixed grill came with NO sausage, steak not cooked, dry microwaved chicken, microwaved macaroni cheese supposed to come with garlic bread and had none.. also Saturday is supposed to be burger day, yet had NO burgers???? Beer and wine was flat, glasses unclean and smelt vile.

other tables of families also complained had refunds and left. Waitresses couldn’t give a shit either. Used to come in here very often and now will not return. Waste of an afternoon and well earned money!

Visited today for Sunday dinner. Food was appalling. Ordered a hot chocolate that arrived as I was about to leave and was cold.Ordered gammon which they didn’t have and was replaced with off steak that tasted like leather And the steak was served with 4 chips. Would not recommend. There is no customer service to ask you how your food was or not one worker in uniform I mean a gym king top and jeans what’s that?

The new management obviously have no care for their neighbours. The noise that came off their wierd fun day gave me a headache from 12-8pm. Did not make me want to ever go in and Ive lived her for 10 years waiting for it to be a nice place to have a meal.

The bar service was ridiculously poor, the beer was fine and the food ok but waited 10 minutes to get a pint and there were only about 20 people in. One person on bar and one waitress. Not good enough

So popped in here tonight, near to home thought I'd give it a go as last time we visited it was crap. I'm 46 and have been going in this pub since I was 18. Unbelievable is all I can say , 90% of drinkers are under age , some of them look about 15, drug use is rife , not hard to spot the dealers, the carpet is worn to the men's toilets so in your face it's in true could not believe it. Everyone's walking round totally spaced , must have summat in the toilets that affects your nose cus they all coming out wiping and sniffing. Out of all the years I've been going in this pub I have never , ever seen it so bad. Shame really because it used to be a decent place to pop in on a Saturday night. Will not be visiting again anytime soon , place is an absolute joke.

Loved this pub back in 80s. Went in for lunch n I was so disappointed. Service totally useless. Only us n about another 4 in. Food took 40 minutes to arrive. Once got it food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Decor is dirty. Needs an overhaul. Better quicker places to go. You are really losing custom due to service and decor. Won't be returning
