We can cater for any event from 18ths, weddings, funerals, parties, baby showers and christening and from as little as £3 per head. Below is a sample of our simple buffet service. Other options are available
We can also arrange room decorations from a modest balloon arrangements to full room decoration in any theme you choose. From 80s ...boogie nights to gothic theme weddings, we can also book face painters, dj and bouncy castles all insured and at a reasonable rate. Also available through us are celebration cakes, weddings, christenings and birthday cakes. All exceptionally good value
A few dates are still available for this year, however most weekends are booked with events or parties

Yesterday was the first time hubby and I had been in the The Longford Engine , we had a lovely lunch Cottage pie it was lovely yummy....

The Staff were very friendly....

We will certainly be going for a meal again...

The new Longford Engine has now become a very good pub again. Smiling faces all round, a better range of beer, and excellent food. The staff and management are very friendly, and it is a pleasure to go in again. Long may it continue

Sitting outside by the canal is so relaxing and the food for the price is outstanding and so tasty. Would highly recommend anyone to visit here and we can’t wait to return.

So 9 adults 2 children and a baby went last night for a meal. No problems at all. Great food and service . All meals eaten with no complaints . Well done on making it a nice pub again x

I can't thank the longford engine enough I'm away and my mum is looking after my daughter so me panicking what they having for dinner they book table here but people who know me know my mum has ms and is in wheel chair and the heat got to much for her so I asked if dinner could be delivered and nothing was a problem so grateful and there dinners were beautiful today was pork and beef so mum had beef my daughter only eats chicken so again they went above an beyond and made her a chicken dinner what beautiful people service spot on definitely our new local see you Sunday and again thank you xx highly recommend xx
